Lengthy Police Pursuit Ends In
Webster Groves After Collision
A Metro St. Louis area police chase
ended in Webster Groves at about 4:15
p.m. Monday, Jan. 10, after the sus-
pect’s grey Chevrolet Cobalt struck a
Volvo SUV in the area of Bompart and
Big Bend Road, near Webster Univer-
sity.
With the help of a police dog, the
27-year-old suspect was immediately
apprehended, cuffed and eventually
taken by ambulance to a hospital. In-
formation on his injuries has not been
released.
