This application package is available to all university students in Hochiminh City
except for Hochiminh Foreign Trade University and RMIT university.

Candidates must read the candidate booklet including the instruction of selection
rounds and the job description of every functional team.

Candidates must name your application form as "Your full name-Your university-
Faculty-Year of study".

This team is responsible for marketing AIESEC Exchange Program to external partners and
provide internship opportunities in Vietnam for international graduates.

1. Team Job Description

 Do market research to segment the market and point out the targeted sectors
 Business calls and business meetings for selling AIESEC internship program to
companies
 Attend Networking events to promote AIESEC internship program to potential partners
 Facilitate the delivery of interns to companies
 Help organizations and trainees in traineeship preparation
 Help in trainees integration
 First meeting of companies and interns
 Assistance for companies and interns in process of evaluation forms filling
 Follow-up of traineeship
 Re-raising of companies after internship

This team is responsible for recruiting and managing Vietnamese students to send them to
overseas for doing internship.

 Promoting exchange opportunities on campus


 Organizing interview and selection process and taking part in the Selection Review
Board.
 Helping and providing selected students with matching training
 Organizing training events for students to prepare for their internships
 Ensure that Eps(Exchange Participant) are integrated into the AIESEC abroad before
and after returning from their internships.
