Srijan gives you a chance to prove your mettle and contribute back to the
society in your own way. Design your own business plan that responds to and
fulfils the needs of those at the Bottom of the Pyramid. It is a unique
opportunity for the best brains of the country to hone their entrepreneurship
skills and do something worthwhile for the society.

This will be a chance for the interested students to plan and simulate their
business idea on a real time basis and give them a rich learning experience so
as to think on their feet.

THE CONCEPT

Identify and select business opportunities and prepare plans for


implementation keeping in mind the following parameters:

Idea and value proposition


Creation of social value
Technical feasibility and innovativeness of the project
Competitor analysis
Financial viability
Market Feasibility - market potential, demand-supply assessment and
proposed marketing strategy
Risk analysis and the risk mitigation strategies
Implementation plan

The competition consists of the following stages:

Stage 1: The teams will first send an executive summary of the business plan.
Judges will short-list the ideas from the entries received.
Stage 2: The selected teams will then have to send their detailed Business
Plan. An eminent panel of judges will select the best business plans.

Stage 3: Finally, the short-listed teams will be invited to come to the Institute
of Management, Nirma University campus to present their business plan in
front of academicians and renowned industry czars.

RULES AND REGULATIONS:


 Entries are invited from both individuals and teams. The team size is
restricted to maximum of 2 members
 Only one entry per team will be allowed
 All the team members should be from the same management institute
 One person can be a member of one team at a time only
 Each report must be in *.pdf format with following formatting:
 Font Type: Times New Roman
 Font Size: 12
 Line Spacing: 1.5
 Subject line of the email
< Srijan_InstituteName_TeamName>
 The Executive Summary report should be titled as
<ExecutiveSummary_InstituteName_TeamName>
 Detailed B Plan report should be titled as
<BPlan_Institute Name_TeamName>
 The executive summary should be of maximum three pages including
the title page. First page must be the title page only.
 Confidentiality of entries will be maintained.

The decision of the judges shall be final and binding on all the participants.

PRIZE MONEY:
First Prize : INR 12000

Second Prize : INR 6000
