This order is subject to the conditions prescribed by the Graffiti


Control Act 2008. Section 9H provides that the community clean
up work directed by the assigned officer must, if practicable,
include at least 2 hours participation in a graffiti prevention
program.

A community clean up order (CCO) has been made in respect of


a fine, or fines, imposed on you for graffiti offences. Under this
order :

(b) To successfully complete this order you must perform


the total number of hours of community clean up work
shown above, at a rate of 1 hours work for each $30.
The work must be completed within 12 months of
the date of this order.

(c) At any time you may finalise this order by paying the
outstanding balance to any court registry. To do so you
must obtain proof of the number of hours worked from
your assigned officer.

(d) This order may be revoked if you fail to report for work
or fail to comply with the requirements of the order. Your
assigned officer will give you notice of any application to
revoke the order. There is no right of appeal against a
court’s decision to revoke an order.

(e) If the order is revoked, the outstanding balance of the


fine or fines will be referred to the State Debt Recovery
Office for enforcement. This will add enforcement costs
to the outstanding balance.
