Dear Parents,

This Education Sponsorship Scheme seeks to aid families with financial difficulties. Our
school will arrange for organizations or individuals to sponsor your child for a year’s
educational tuition fee. The minimum amount for the sponsorship is S$2000. The
sponsorship of each child will be reviewed on an annual basis.

To facilitate your child’s application, please complete the form enclosed. You are required to
submit the form to the school, together with the following documents for the school to
process:

• Parents’ recent pay slips

• Parents’ Identification Cards
