On the instructions of above-named client, I am issuing this notice to you for your kind
consideration and necessary action.
Consignment # 211114208097, from Master Textile Ltd Lahore, was booked on 12
January, 2011 at my client name.
My client inquired from your office on 15 January, 2011 about this consignment via
phone, your office staff replied that the desired consignment has been received by
Mr.Waseem on 13 January, 2011, but consignee name was Mr.Waqas.
My client rushed to your Head office and told to your staff that we don’t know any
Mr.Waseem and asked about his consignment because there were very important
documents in that parcel, but there was no any satisfactory reply by your office staff. The
attitude of Mr. Sheikh Rashid was very discourteous with my client.
My client tried his best to get correct information about his consignment from your
Lahore and Karachi Offices, because there was a purchase order in that parcel and
without that PO he could not carry out his very important business agreement.
Due to this negligence of your staff, my client has suffered heavy monetary and repute
loss.
I therefore, request you to look into this matter to settle.
Looking forward for an early action from your end for satisfaction of my client.
