Investment Agreement between Infotrex & <Your Name>

Infotrex Service Pvt. Ltd(referred by Infotrex below) is providing software services to clients worldwide.
For its expansion, it needs to do lots of marketing. <Your Name> is becoming investor(referred as “you”
below) for Infotrex Services Pvt. Ltd. You agree to follow terms/conditions. If you disagree with any terms
or conditions, you should not enter into this agreement & get the investment money back if its given to
Infotrex. Read below terms & conditions:

1. You agree to hire 1 person in Infotrex for the minimum period of 1 year.

2. Infotrex will be responsible for the selection of the person as well as his/her salary, training,
computer, internet etc. for the work of the hired person.

3. You will not interfere for giving public holidays/any normal office leaves to the hired person.
Infotrex will take utmost care to utilize the hired person to get maximum output and generate
business for better profitability of the business and to provide you better return on investment.

4. You will get username/password to track the business sales happening by the person hired by you at
Infotrex office.

5. Infotrex will provide full details of the hired person to you and you are free to visit Infotrex office to
meet the hired person.

6. You agree to pay Rs.25,000 every 3 months(for total of Rs.1,00,00 investment) to cover the expense
of the hired person.

7. Infotrex agree to return minimum Rs.1,00,000 at the end of 1 year. (<Payment Date>). As per
internal calculation of Infotrex, the expected total return on investment is 50%, which will be shared
equally between Infotrex(25%) & You (25% net profit). You may not get expected ROI.

8. The profit calculation will happen after deducting the tax related legal liability of Infotrex. Only net
profit will be shared equally.

9. This agreement is in force for 1 year only(upto <Payment Date+1 Year>). After that it will be null
and void. There will not be any financial obligations between Infotrex & You after 1 year period.

10. Infotrex will return the invested money of Rs. 1,00,000 as well as calculated profit before <Payment
Date+1 Year+15 Days>

11. In any worst business conditions, all losses will be borne by Infotrex only & you will get atleast Rs.
1,00,000 back.

12. Any legal dispute must be resolved within jurisdiction of Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India only.
