Thecomptaint that the Lawrence poticeofficersimpersonated F.B.lduringthe YettowHouse investigationwassent

to the FederalProsecutor Mrs.MariettaParkerin kansas City, Kansas in the Eastern districtof Kansas.
UnfortunatetyMrs.Parkerwasatsothe prosecutor handting the prosecution of the Yettowhousecase.
Theevidence andtestimonyin a hearingwhereF.B.l.agentBob/WalterSchaefer testifiedwoutdteada reasonabte
personto conctude , the prosecutor persuaded F.B.l.agentSchaefer to goto Lawrence fromthe Missouri FBIoffice
to investigate
the Lawrence police.F.B.l.agentBobSchaefer admittedin a hearingunderoaththat hefaited.to
interviewanyof the witnesses that reportedthat the policetotdthemthey werethe F.B.l.
M|,schaeferfaitedto returnphonecattsto the attorneyworkingfor the YettowHouse, Mrs.SarahSwain.
Mr.Schaefer reportedthe Lawrence poticewereclearedof anywrongdoing,withoutinterviewing a singlewitness,
andretiredspokes personJeff Lanzahada pressconfrance alsostatingthat theyLawrence poticehadbeenCteared
of anywrongdoing,and that the investigationwascomptete.
Monthslatera Lawrence newspaper reportercontactedthe F.B.l.in Missouri requesting a copyof the investigation
report,whichunderthe freedomof informationmakesthe finishedreporta matterof pubticrecord.
Thereporterwastotd therewasNOinvestigation reportinto the Lawrence poticedept.
TheNeighbors atsomadecontactwith the F.B.l.officein Missouri andrequested a copyof the reportandtheyto
weretold therewasNOsuchreport.TheNeighbors wereinformedthat the Missouri F.B.l.officewoutdNOTbe
investigatinganymattersin Lawrence, that responsibitity
woutdbe the F.B.l.officein Topeka.
TheYellowhousebusiness ownersat this pointconcluded that the investigationdonebyMr, Schaefer wasFraud
a fakeinvestigationto coverup the Lawrence policeofficersviolatingFederatLawsthe impersonation of F.B.l.
agentsduringthe yeltowhouseinvestigation.

the Lawrence poticeimpersonation of the F.B.l.
Mr. Neighbors provideddocuments pertainingto the misconduct of the'Lawrence poticeandthe F.B.l.agentfrom
the Missourioffice.Thebusiness ownersbtogged aboutthe fakeinvestigation andcoverup by Mr.Schaefer and
pissedoff the prosecutor , andshefitedoneof her 14motionsto revokethe business ownersbondfor harassing
government officiats, andin the bondhearing the F.B.l.agentMr.Bob/WatterSchaeferadmitted thathe Didnot
interviewanyof the witnesses whowerevictimsof the policeimpersonations of F.B.l.but he testifiedthat he
ctearedthe poticeof anywrongdoing.Whenaskedfor hisreporthestatedthat he hadteft it on hisdesk,thisis the
samereportthat wasNOTavaitableto the pubtic,andthe tadyin hisofficehadstatedDIDNOTexist.
Mr. Schaefer wasaskedby the defenseattorneyif he oftendoesinvestigation in Lawrence andhisreplywas
andI quote"l oftendo investigations in the westernDistrictof Missouri"unquote.

deathof a NativeAmericanKidnamedSevier,whowasshotby poticeofficerswhitehewasat hisparentshome.

Mr. Chartes Raytonis surethat thisMr. Schaefer is the sameF.B.l.agentthat cameto Lawrence to investigate
the shooting deathof hissonJimmyLeeRayton,whowasshotto deathby renterslivingin a rentalhouse.
Mr. Raytonsaidthat because the shooters wherewhitecollagestudents andhissonwasa Btackmanthe kitting
wascoveredup andhisson'sshooting deathwasNeverprosecuted.
