Position Desired :RESTAURANT MANAGER/ASSISTANT MANAGER
OBJECTIVE:
To enhance abilities and skills that I have, to secure a position that promotes
professional development that would be very helpful in adapting to a very competitive
world while being an asset to company I am working for.
WORK EXPERIENCES:
♦ Works with team members to ensure impeccable food presentation and proper
HACCP food handing procedures. Follows the Tony Roma’s recipe for all food items.
♦ For assigned area of responsibility plans for and writes team member schedule
to ensure daily schedules are in line with prescribed shift staffing pars.
♦ Controls labour in all areas to meet or exceed standards.
♦ Inspects food receiving, preparation, production, and storage areas to ensure that
health and safety regulations are adhered to at all times.
DUTIES ND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Monitor the bar station to ensure duties are performed to standard.
Make sure team members are following safety precautions.
Participates with the manager in the orientation of new hires.
Performs training and development task for new hires.
