Oxy 300 is a Heavy Duty Cutting Machine designed for the cutting range 50 mm to 300 mm thickness of
steel

Note :The machine can be supplied with NM or Victor torch also.The machine can also be supplied with 110V-60Hzs.
The machine consists of

i) A portable heavy duty motorised tractor Oxy 300 running on a standard rail of size 2000 mm in lenght.
ii) A heavy injector mixing machine cutter type Oxy 300 fitted on the tractor with a suitable cutter holder
and with a provision for easy vertical and horizontal movement of the cutter.

The Oxy 300 is a portable heavy duty motorised tractor designed for straight line operations. It is a prime
mover for equipment used in cutting, welding,flame treating and plate-edge preparation.

The Oxy 300 has mild steel body, suitably reinforced. This gives high strenght and rigidity without
excessive weight. It can carry and propel accessories weighing as much as 50 kg.

A 230 volt A.C. reversible motor with built- in gear reduction unit, consisting of two sets of worm and worm
wheel, drives the tractor through a reduction gear train of spur gear. The drive axle is mounted in bush
bearings to reduce friction and wear.

All operating controls are located close together at one end of the tractor. The three position ( Forward-off-
Reverse) motor switch , the speed control knob set against speed indicator dial having markings from 1
to 10, the speed rising from 50 mm /min. to 600 mm/min. as the speed control knob is rotated clockwise
from 1 to 10 markings.

All drive wheels are knurled for perfect positive grip. The wheels on all the side including the driving
wheel are V-grooved for operations on standard M.S. solid rail .
