inhibitors in cerebral ischemia reperfusion injury under the Guidance of
Dr. S. Lakshami.

the partial fulfilment of B.Pharm degree course at Amrutvahini college of
pharmacy, sangamaner.

9 Bacterial cell culture: Initiation and maintenance of culture, Plasmid isolation,
vector construction, transformation.
9 Mammalian Cancer Cell Culture: culture maintenance, Transfection, RTPCR

9 Primary culture: Initiation and maintainance of primary neuronal and glial cell
culture from embryonic Rat brain.

Analytical: HPLC, TLC, HPTLC, UV-Vis Spectroscopy, IR spectroscopy, Column
