Abstract :The bank provides banking and financial services and it deals with products
like trade, finance, cash, lending, FX forward etc. This application collects
limits and outstanding of the customers by product. Star Schema
methodology is used to load the data into database.It collects Customer
oriented data and limits,financial transactions etc and obtain fact data from
tables using transformation rules .

(1) Title : Data Analyst (APJ Order management Delivery to Cash

program)

Duration : July 2008 to June 2009.
Project Abstract: The DTC program is to keep track the Field inventory and Dispute
reporting for
all countries under APJ[AUNZ,CNHK,SEAT,IN,JP,KR]. This program involves in
reporting various performance analysis for each country and sub regions
every month to monitor and keep track of metrics interms of percentage (%)
and dollar ($). Based on the metrics value APJ lead will setup goal forecast &
target for every 6 months for each sub regions.
Responsibility:
• Involved in Data analysis & reporting ,systematically
business data analyzis and develop report that ensure accurate, usable
information for business decision makers.

• Involves collection of order data’s from all sub regions and

perform the analysis based on criteria set by business unit head.
• Report each month performance of all sub regions using trend analysis in
graphical form representing metrics in “$” & “%”.

Project Abstract: The project is based on Contact Centre Database , undergone projects
are
(KLCC,INCC,SHCC,TWCC,KRCC).We are migrating data from Siebel 6.3 to
Siebel 7.5
that is client server based technology into Web based technology for each
contact centre . Programmatic data migration may involve many phases but
it minimally includes data extraction (S6.3 old system ) and data loading
(S7.5 new system).Now migrating to Siebel 8.0.
Data migration phases (design, extraction, cleansing, load, verification) for
applications of moderate to high complexity are commonly repeated several
times before the new system is activated. Automated and manual data
cleansing is commonly performed in migration to improve data quality,
eliminate redundant or obsolete information, and match the requirements of
the new system.
Responsibility:

• Worked for APJ Volume Direct Capability involved in supporting business

Project Abstract: This is a Java application to facilitate a test through on-line
examination. This program
first provides a login page and it should accept candidate Id (unique) and
name. This test has 3 modules and candidate can pick up any of three
modules. For each module, program have a bank of several questions which
are picked up at random. The question sheet will contain radio buttons and
there should be no descriptive answers. On completing the on-line test, the
program should generate result sheet.

Project Abstract: IMS are intended to automate the entire manual process in the training
department, as
regards to imparting training to the employees of Softech Consultancy
Services.
IMS is constituted by three main modules called Training, HR & Employee
module.
Currently the request for training, scheduling the courses and keeping track
of various stages of training until the completion of exit test were handled
manually. IMS automates all these processes and necessary data’s for the
entire process is stored on a centralized database. Various reports are also
generated for training department and HR.

Layouts. Custom controls were written for the purpose. Report Designing and
Report Previewing is done using the controls designed and the runtime
controls handling is done.The custom controls include Text control with
added functionalities, Custom Label, Tables, Shapes, picture boxes etc. ADO
is used to communicate with the database.

front end and process them. DAC will provide the standardized query format
irrespective of database. By using this component users can select, insert
bulk data, update and delete the data from the database. The developer who
doesn’t knows much about structured query language can also use this tool
and get the data from any of the data base.

Project Abstract: The main objective of this project is to maintain the collection agency
for credit card
basis transactions. Every bank has huge amount of customers and every
customer should have to pay the outstanding amount periodically. In order to
collect this amount and information the bank server allocate cases to the
appropriate collection agency. The allocation of cases is mainly based on pin
code and bucket level. Then the status information of the customer is
transferred to the bank with high security by agency.
