PERSONAL PROFILE
I am a hard-working, motivated and ambitious individual. As a means for relaxation, I read various publications to
continuously enhance my general knowledge and collect all types of music. I find pleasure in collecting, making and
designing clothing items. I have a good eye for detail and offer creative solutions to problems. I am a flexible
team player with a natural inclination to plan and organize in group situations. I am a firm believer in always being
prepared and am not afraid to take the lead. I believe my strength lies in my ability to connect with people as I

• I have acquired a broad overview of retailing industry as well as broader supply chain processes applicable
in the working environment.
• I have developed a style of systematic, logical thinking through the use of effective technical skills and
other tools or methodologies such as Photoshop, Snap Fashun, Gerber Technology throughout my school
projects. I have come to rely on the learning to be proactive, imaginative and team centered.
• I have learnt to communicate my ideas assertively through the use of presentation media while promoting
open communication and responsibility in designing solutions to our projects. In addition, I have learnt to

Should you be readmitted to this faculty in terms of the provisions of the above regulations,
you will only be allowed to re-register as a student in accordance with the conditions
stipulated by the Dean and Admissions Committee.
If you plan to continue with your studies at this University, your application for readmission
must be made in writing without delay. This application must be accompanied by a
statement of the reasons for your unsatisfactory performance. In any event, your application
must be handed in at this office, Agricultural Building, for submission to the Dean before 14
January 2011
Your registration form will only be accepted if this application is approved by the Dean. You
will be notified of the outcome, in writing, as soon as possible.
N.B It is your responsibility to contract the Faculty Admission for the outcome of your appeal,
as the letter informing you of the outcome may be delayed in the mail
Visit the University and pay to one of the cashiers situated on every campus of the
University. The cashiers on the Hatfield Campus are situated at the Client Service Centre.
Please ensure that the cashier records your student number when you pay.
UNSATISFACTORY PERFORMANCE
In terms of university regulations, due to your unsatisfactory academic performance, you no
longer qualify for re-admission to the 2011 academic year. If you wish to continue your
studies, you are requested to submit a detailed motivation and reasons for your
unsatisfactory performance during your studies in the University. Your written application for
re-admission to the faculty must reach the Head: Student Administration, FACULTY OF THE
NATURAL AND AGRICULTURAL SCIENCES on or before 8 Jan 2011.You will be notified
of the results of your application for re-admission before lectures commence on 27 Jan 2011
