Suggested Tour Inclusions

• Should an additional tax / tariff be added prior to ticketing – such as an

Items Not Included In the Tour

• Items of a personal nature

• Any activities, dance classes / workshops shows not listed in the inclusions

• Any additional tax / tariff added prior to ticketing – such as an additional fuel
charge

• Oversized and overweight luggage and or equipment will be subject to airline


charges
Please Note

• To accept the proposal and determine the number of travelers a $100 non-
refundable payment should be sent to the AWT office

• Please collect funds and send one check payable to All World Travel & Tours
for all deposits and payments

• A Contract will be sent to the director to be signed and returned

• All deposits and payments are non-refundable – but may be transferred to a


new traveler

• Minimum / Maximum Participants

• Pricing has been revised for 58 paying and 2 Comp Travelers.


Please note that the first pricing is based on 60 paying travelers and 2
complimentary trips. Pricing will likely change if the number of paying travelers falls
below 60. This pricing includes 2 comp trips in double or higher occupancy
accommodations. The second pricing is based on 70 paying travelers and 2
complimentary trips. Pricing will likely change if the number of paying travelers falls
below 70

• AWT is currently holding 70 seats. If additional space is needed it will


be based on availability and pricing at the time of booking

• Only passengers on the official group manifest are permitted to ride on the
coaches,

participate in meals, tours etc. with the group at any time during the trip

• After the group air has been ticketed the group leader will be notified of any
additional fuel surcharges or taxes. Any added fees will be payable to AWT 14 days prior
to departure.

• After the group air has been ticketed there will be a $100 name change fee in
addition to any fees charged by the airlines

• AWT recommends Travel Insurance - information will be provided at group


leader’s request. Insurance forms must be sent within 14 days of first payment
(travelers to group coordinator) to cover pre-existing conditions

• Excess or oversized luggage and baggage fees

• Current baggage fees are as follows: Travelers are required to pay $ 25


(each way) for the first piece of checked luggage – additional luggage is more
• The airlines must be advised of any baggage or equipment outside the
normal baggage allowance upon registration for the tour. They will then advise of any
applicable extra charges, and how the excess baggage will be accommodated

• AWT restricts groups to one piece of checked luggage, one carry on, and
one personal item.
