• Installation, Commissioning, Operation & Maintenance of PGT25+DLE+LM2500 Gas Turbine (3 x 31MW
ISO rating, 10500 rpm).

• Operation & Maintenance of ABB make GT 8C Gas Turbine (3 x 52.8 MW ISO rating, 6250 rpm).

• Commissioning and Preservation of ALSTOM make GT 13E2 Gas Turbine (1 x 148 MW ISO rating, 3000
rpm).

• Manufacture and Assembly of the turbine blades of Sukhoi-30 engine.

Power Plant Experience

• Operation of 3 x 52.8 MW ABB make 8C type Gas Turbine power generator and all its Auxiliaries.
• Operation of dual pressure water tube, horizontal, bottom supported 60ton/hr HP, 25 ton/hr LP HRSG
with boilers.
• Operations of ABBSTAL make 1 x 77 MW dual pressure steam turbines, single generator STG with
cross-over pipe and all its auxiliaries.
• Getting through the daily routine activities like scheduled operational trials, changeovers, isolations,
normalizations and condition monitoring of all the systems.
• Actively involving in the startup, dual – fuel operation, fuel change overs, shutdown and synchronizing
of GTG with the grid.
• Actively involving in the startup, hook-up, rolling and synchronizing of STG and adding HRSGs to
increase the power output of the STG.
• Operation of 220 kV switchyard and its LT/HT switchgear.
• Operation of BOP station of 600m³/hr and its auxiliaries.
• Equipment Changeovers, Isolations, Normalizations as per work permit systems,
• Following up the activities of PM schedule & scheduled maintenances,
• Handling emergencies and following safety procedures.
• Preservation of 1 x 148 MW ALSTOM make 13E2 type GTG, its triple pressure HRSG and 1 x ST and all
of its related auxiliaries.
Gas Pipeline Experience
• Inspected & documented all the stages of the 48”pipeline construction like Stringing, Welding, Joint
coating, Lowering, Tie-ins, Pre-Pigging, Gauge pigging, Pre-Hydro testing, Golden tie-ins, back filling,
Swabbing, Caliper pigging, Rectifications & Hydro testing.
• Quality Monitored the stages of construction of the Natural Gas compressor station comprising of GE
Nuovo Pignone make Gas compression system with 3 x 13 MW Gas Compressors (16000 ACM/hr at 98
barg) each coupled to Individual High speed power turbine driven by an aero derivative 31 MW ISO Gas
Turbine (PGT25+DLE+LM2500+PCL803), GEA BTT Gas after cooler system with 30x7m diameter motor
driven fans, 3 x 1 MW Power generation system with GE Jenbacher Gas Engine (20 cylinder V Type
Microprocessor controller cam & ignition timing) driven Generators, Fire water system with ABB make
jockey pumps and Main pump and 2 x 820 m3 Pioneer water tanks, Emergency system comprising of
Kirloskar make diesel engine driven fire water pump & Cummins make 600 kVA diesel engine driven
generator, Instrument & Utility air system by Kaesar make 2 x 160 m3/hr @ 16 bar screw compressors
with dryers generating -50oC dew point instrument air, RO plant for generating 400 l/hr for plant utility
& drinking water supply by Hrishikesh Systems, Raw water system for catering the needs of Green belt

• Coordinated with HSE&F and conducted Mock drills, safety trainings, Tool box talks, Audits.
• Handled & resolved major operational issues by key parameter analysis, root cause and discussion.
• Maintained the plant’s healthiness and ensured plant’s high availability by close condition monitoring
and initiating planned maintenance for all the critical equipment before actual failure.
• Prepared technical quotations for AMC for machinery and other utility services.
• Dealt with the statutory bodies and vendors for compliance to the statutory norms of Indian
Government.
• Developed SOP and SMP for the plant commissioning and regular operations s per the vendors
specifications.
• Monitored the installation of Main line valves in the main line valve station.
• Monitored the quality of installation of TCP and then PCP stations and anode beds.
• Taken-over the inspected pipeline for pre-commissioning from the contractor following the HOTO
procedures and conducting quality audits.
• Commissioned 48” pipeline by cleaning, swabbing, intelligent pigging & Vacuum drying following
breaking the vacuum by Natural Gas followed by the stage wise pressurization till MOAP.
• Quality monitored the installation of station piping of Process gas, Power Gas, Fuel gas, Instrument air,
Utility air, Fire water, Utility water, Drinking water, Oily water, Condensate system by inspection from
the stages of edge preparations, alignments, welding, radiography, card board blasting and hydro
testing till Drying with dry air.
• HOTO of the station piping along with associated systems for pre-commissioning & commissioning from
the construction contractor.
• Commissioned the station along with all the equipment including fool proofing of logics.
• Interface checked the station process parameters and controls with RTU for successful Remote control
of the station through SCADA from POC.
• Remote and Local logic functional checks of the process variables and the equipment.
• Local control operation of all the station equipment through LPD, GENP MARK VI HMI, CCC and
Monitoring through Bentley Nevada System 1, during emergencies of SCADA.
