This program aims at defining; first the factors affecting the communication process to
smoothen the way between the sender and receiver. Second, the ways to overcome the
fear of public speaking and passing by the areas that lead to an effective presentation.
Third, the know how to have successful a negotiation based on a win-win situation and
get to compromise agreements. At the end, participants will be able to practice an
effective way of communication, presentation & negotiation in both their personal and
career lives.

Instructor Mr. Mohamed Abd El-Wahab
Profile Mr. A/Wahab obtained his bachelor degree in Business Administration from Ain Shams
University. In just few years, Mr. A/Wahab has been promoted several times in the
Human Resources Training field, through which he had been the Executive Officer for
Olympic Group Academy and a Corporate Program Manager. At the same time, He
achieved the Executive Management Diploma from the American University in Cairo.
Mr. A/Wahab is currently the Corporate Training Manager of Olympic Group
responsible for the training planning & implementation of the employees in OG
headquarters, its nine factories as well as the Customer Service sector, which adds up to
7,500 employees. He is also preparing for the Masters of Business Administration
(MBA) from the AUC.
