Analysis

32 – 64: You are neither delegating effectively nor enough. Learn to prioritize appropriate tasks
and to select the most suitable members to whom to delegate.

65 – 95: Some of your delegation works well, but there are gaps. Identify and improve your
weakest areas.

96 – 128: You delegate very well. Do not become complacent - continue to use your
skills to achieve success.
