The Annual Meeting is today. Please join us for light

time of worship, thanksgiving and celebration of the
ministry and mission of our church from 2010.

Super Bowl Sunday Hoagie Sale: Everyone needs a hoagie
or two or 5 or 10 on Super Bowl Sunday, right? Well, if you
would like to have a delicious hoagie (Italian or other
varieties are available) see Dana Barrett, Kurt Reichert, or
Ed Forsman along with any of the youth going on the mission
trip. Put your order in today or phone Dana during the week

Sunday, February 6th until 1 pm in the social hall. Proceeds

New Member’s Class Forming
If you are interested in knowing more about our church or
about Presbyterian heritage please plan to meet with Pastor
Julia and a few members of session on February 13th,
February 20th and February 27th from 1-3 pm in the social
hall. Pleae let Pastor Julia know in advance if you plan to
attend.
Members are reminded when turning on the heat, in various
parts of the building, to return the setting to 55 degrees
before departing. Your cooperation is appreciated.
The flowers this morning are presented in honor of William
Stanley’s birthday by his family.
Returning to our study of Luke
If you remember before the holidays we were studying the
book of Luke. We promised to go slow and easy so that we
could listen and really take all that the Lord is saying to us
into our hearts and lives. We will pick up where we left off
with Chapter 12 on February 6th. Continue to incorporate
the Book of Luke into your daily Bible reading and be sure to
bring Pastor Julia your comments, thoughts and questions.
Pray through our new directory. We now have our updated
2011 directory ready for everyone. Take a copy home with
you and move through the alphabet praying for people in our
congregation and lifting them up before the Lord! We can
all use prayer and while you pray you will be making a huge
difference in individual lives and in our congregation. You
don’t need to know what to pray, just ask the Lord to be at
work in each person’s life and allow the Spirit to guide your
prayers.
Officers will be ordained and installed next week
February 6th. Please plan to be present if you are being
ordained as a Deacon or Elder. Trustees will be installed
on the 13th. Let us celebrate together this important
moment in the life of our members and our church.
Thank you to all those people who said “Yes” to the
Lord’s service. We appreciate our retiring officers who
are taking some time off and our incoming officers! May
the Lord use you in mighty ways.
The 2011 Flower Calendar Chart is now available. Please sign
up! It is located on the wall outside of the upstairs lounge.
The rosebud at the front of the church this morning is in
honor of the birth of Kendall Joy Camper, daughter of
Lindsey and Kenny Camper and little sister of Cassidy.
Thank you for your willingness to pay this year’s per
capita. The cost is $38 per member and is paid by the
church during January.
Crock Pot Creations and Talent Show – March 13th-5pm
Entrance fee will be a donation (suggested donation is $5
per person) and will be collected at the door. We are going
to be voting for the best crock pot creations…soups,
deserts, chicken, lasagna, or whatever you can create! A
form will be available next Sunday to fill out to be returned
to Dana or to be put into the offering plate if you can help in
some way.
We need people to bring crock pot dishes to share (you
decide if you want to enter the contest) and we need folks
to come and eat of course. (Tickets will be available at a
minimal price for purchase to vote on your favorite dish.)
We also need people willing to entertain us. If you have a
talent you are willing to share please sign up for the talent
show. We can have drama, music, poetry, comedy,
demonstrations on how to make certain crafts or any other
gift or talent you would like to share. Feel free to sign up as
a group or as an individual. We will also be having a silent
auction on gift baskets which will start at a minimum bid. If
you have a gift basket or item (or gift/talent or service) you
would like to donate to our silent auction please let us know.
What a wonderful night to come out for fellowship and for
supporting our youth. Please plan to attend!

better hear the worship service. They are located in a March
basket in the narthex. Please return the devices to the
basket at the conclusion of worship. CD copies of our

Stewardship News: Stewardship and Mission Committees
want all congregants to be aware that, starting in 2011, only May
funds actually designated for mission and benevolence will be

used to support our church’s missions. Any non-designated
funds will be applied to the general operating budget only. July
