ORDER

Upon consideration of [13] Defendant's consent motion for an extension of time to file

status report and [14] Defendant's consent motion for an extension of time to file partial motion

for summary judgment, and the entire record herein, it is hereby ORDERED that the motions are

GRANTED. It is further ORDERED that the schedule shall proceed as follows:

1. The parties shall submit a status report regarding the search for and processing of

emails responsive to the second part of Plaintiff's FOIA request by October 30,

2008.

2. Defendant shall file its partial motion for summary judgment addressing only the

first part of Plaintiff's FOIA request by November 17, 2008.

3. Plaintiff shall file its opposition and cross-motion for summary judgment by

December 15, 2008.

4. Defendant shall file its opposition and reply by January 15, 2009.

5. Plaintiff shall file its reply by January 30, 2009.
