The Galaxie™ Chromatography Data System is an intuitive, easy-to-use software platform that
controls GC and LC instruments from multiple vendors. Galaxie’s unique architecture readily expands

Galaxie grows with you

Galaxie minimizes hardware costs associated with building a new network or growing an
existing one. Flexible client/server architecture easily accommodates the use of multiple

Galaxie can control Photodiode Array (PDA) detectors,

including Varian ProStar 330, and HP/Agilent 1100,
1050, and 1090. Detectors are controlled through a
common user interface and all acquired spectral data
are processed in an identical manner.

Isocontour and 3D views are available in real time

during analytical runs, as well as in post-run data
processing. Powerful peak identification algorithms,
including spectral library searches, are
performed automatically at the end of each
run. Numerical and visual confirmation of
peak purity further assures data quality.

The road to compliance begins with the installation of

Galaxie. Together with IQ/OQ, Galaxie provides the tools
needed to meet GLP/cGMP requirements and achieve 21
CFR Part 11 compliance.

The optional Galaxie Validation Manager contains the

IQ/OQ protocols and files required to validate system
installation. During installation, all IQ/OQ documents
and associated files copy automatically to a secure OQ
project folder where test reports are archived for review
and printing.

data, and reports. Security is managed through user ID
and password checks.

and validate reports with an electronic signature.
Operators and supervisors may sign a single report with
various levels of authority.

ments. Data and records are secured and archived
as users approve and lock reports.

Processed chromatograms and corresponding records can be locked within Galaxie when electronically
signed by authorized users. Only the same authorized users can unlock these files. When final reports are 15
