Organization and Management
Eusuf and Associates operate on a selective basis and undertake assignments
from within its core areas of expertise. Senior executives are assigned to
contract administration to ensure timely implementation of contracts to ensure
high quality output. The key staff of the firm maintains close contact with the
client as well as the team of experts and monitor progress and developments in

Micro-finance and Micro Credit and Poverty Reduction

The firm provides a full range of services of poverty reduction through training and
micro-finance and micro credit and, institutional capability building of Government
and NGOs. The services include design and implementation of micro finance and
micro credit programs and designing appropriate credit delivery mechanisms in both
private sectors by NGOs and also in the public sector non-formal and formal credit

Livestock, Fishery, Forestry and Environment
