dewatering pipes are in progress. In Unit 2, erection of distributor
assembly is in progress. Stator assembly for Unit 2 is in progress
in Service Bay. In Unit 3, erection of Turbine Generator is in
progress.

HM works: Erection of Pressure shaft liner/ penstock is in

progress. Erection of second stage embedded parts has been
completed for Head Regulator gates. Erection of Trash Rack for
Head Regulator Gates and HRT Intake has been completed. In
Dam, 1st stage embedded parts has been erected. However due to
floods on 19.05.2010, Coffer Dams got breached as a result of
which all HM works of Dam have been affected. HM works of
Dam is now anticipated to be taken up, after restoration of Coffer
Dams and diversion of River flow through Diversion Tunnel, from
15th Oct’2010.
