Information
The Stagg Music Boosters may award a scholarship to one or more students who have
participated in curricular and/or co-curricular Music or Guard activities for at least 1
academic year. The scope of the program may be found in the Booster Bylaws at
http://staggmusic.org/boosters/Bylaws.html
The applicant must be a participant in the semester in which he/she qualifies to
graduate.
The applicant must complete this application in full and submit it to the Boosters
by the date shown in order to be considered for an award. There will be no
exceptions to the deadline. Incomplete applications will not be considered.
Documentation required is listed at the end of the application.
The applicant must show proof of acceptance by an accredited music program at
a college or university when submitting the application.
The Boosters consider applications based upon academic achievement,
participation in Music and Guard programs over your career at Stagg; leadership
positions in Music or Guard programs; community service; and outside interests
and activities.
Awards and amounts are determined solely by the Music Boosters
The Music Boosters are not responsible for any tax implications of an award.
Awards are made at Senior Honors night, or at the annual Music Banquet, as
determined by the school and the Executive Board of the Music Boosters.
