S. Premnath
Mr. Premnath has over 18 years of extensive techno commercial experience in managing profit centre
operations, project management, CRM & commercial affairs in the real estate/ construction sector in
India and Singapore. He has successfully managed several commercial/residential projects township,
IT Parks, SEZ and community projects. He is well versed across all aspects of construction project
management including contract negotiation, project planning, estimation, design coordination, master
plan development, document preparation, regulatory compliance, procurement and project
management. Mr. Premnath holds a masters degree in project management from National University
of Singapore and a bachelor's degree in civil engineering from College of Engineering, Trivandrum.
Mohammed Ilyas
Mr. Ilyas is a civil engineer with more than 14 years of experience in the area of construction project
management. He has worked on a variety of projects ranging from residential and commercial
buildings to infrastructure projects. He was also involved in large scale branch rollout and interior
designing projects. Mr. Ilyas is well versed with various software used in the construction industry
including MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD and Staad pro. He has trained a large number of
professionals on various subjects related to the construction industry. Mr. Ilyas holds a bachelors
degree in civil engineering from Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra and an executive MBA from
Symbiosis International University.
