Real Estate Management (NIREM). Key achievement of EduMark with respect to the
services offered to NIREM is that NIREM currently has 25 per cent foreign students.
In addition, several professional and technical institutes have hired the services of
EduMark for marketing of their courses. These courses include MBA, PGDM, B.E.,
B.Tech, MBBS, MD, B.Ed., M.Ed., MCA etc. among many others.

Vocational Education & Training Services:

India’s education system, while emphasizes on theoretical knowledge and
examination & marks oriented study, does not create any practical and employable
skills in the students, which in turn prohibits students from getting suitable

IDS National Institute of Real Estate Management (IDS-NIREM):

IDS National Institute of Real Estate Management (IDS-NIREM), www.nirem.org, is
established by ‘The Industry Development Society for Real Estate’, which is a real
estate sector development and promotion body. NIREM is planned as a dedicated
Centre for Real Estate Education, Training, Consulting & Research and offers degree,
diploma and certificate level courses in addition to MDPs, Consulting and Research in
different functional areas of real estate. At present NIREM offers courses in Real
Estate Management, Commercial Real Estate, Sales, leasing & marketing, finance,
real estate investment and appraisal.
By working with Union and State Governments, public sector real estate companies,
urban development authorities, real estate developers, real estate consultants,
housing finance companies and other stakeholders, IDS NIREM aims to accelerate
the process of professionalizing Indian real estate sector and achieving the social
objective of ‘Affordable Housing For All’.

Position Details:

Functional Area: Sales & Marketing

Nature of Job:
I. Promote & market various services offered by EduMark.
II. Counsel, guide and enroll students for various courses promoted/offered by
EduMark*
III. Appoint Business Associates for promotion and marketing of various
services/programs of EduMark, as per company policy, in your assigned
region.
IV. Coordinate, manage and support the network of Regional Business Associates
in the assigned territory/region.

Compensation: Very attractive target linked salary and incentive.*

*On meeting the company norms and based on your performance, the system of
target linked salary will be converted to fixed salary.
