Incident repor t: “Another Modern day Damaso Incident” Only this time a Mexican-American Tourist

Did it!

Note: The incidents here happened with out the full knowledge of Mr. Raymond Bagatsing except
for the last text message that I sent to him on January where he also replied

It is rather (very) difficult for me to write this incident report since it involves a friend – movie Actor,
Raymond Bagatsing- whom I have known for less than ten years or so; even if I only know portions of
Him during this duration.

Not to mention my pride that really got hit un-necessarily and the feeling “na inapi ka” ng isang
dayuhan dito sa sarili mong bansa-ng isang Vanessa Ylka Cortez alias Vanessa Cortez Rodriguez.

Not only to me but to others as well that she bad mouthed in her statements calling some of our
movie stars mongoloid, sick in the head and at the height of the Hubert Webb Media Frenzy , called
Hubert Webb “panget” or ugly while she was looking at Hubert’s Photo on the front page of a
Philippines Graphic Magazine.

Not to mention un-reimbursed expenses- again without the knowledge of Mr. Bagatsing.

It all started with an advocacy that Mr. Bagatsing has been wanting to do before He took off for the
US in 2006, NGO work that he wants to put up before going back to the US.

Last year I moved to the Home/ office from Baguio where the Non Governmental Organization is
supposed to be established with his female partner- they moved 3 days earlier, I arrived from Baguio
to this location on September 07, 2010 after a drop of at a relatives place. It has been five years since
I lived in Metro Manila so every thing was fairly new to me specially the Paranaque City area.

I was introduced to a Vanessa Ylka Cortez alias Vanessa Cortez Rodriguez who claimed (she, was a
composer of Mexican songs in LA.) My Friend’s Female partner.

September 09, 2010

On my third day at the Home/office: Ms. Rodriguez or Cortez and I chatted at the Pantry as she
started character assassinating my friend ( which of course this is beside the point), but I started
wondering what her motives were in doing so after which she asked me to buy her suppositories
(which I cannot mention here what they are for kasi babae rin po ako) as if I was her domestic help,
she instructed me not to tell my Actor friend that she has that certain disorder) and I did not really
inform him up to this day).

I asked my poet friend Dennis Balagtas to assist me since the suppositories were PX ( made in the
US)and so was not available in drugstore around Paranque City. We reached until the Manila area 4
malls and all Mercury drug branches, and found one in Quiapo after 4 hours..
When I got home that early evening, I gave her the meds went up to my room and after an hour or so
she knocked in my room and asked me to get her meds inside the refrigerator in the Kitchen in her ”
Donya mode” again--as if she had a domestic help but I complied went down to the kitchen and
handed her.

September 10, 2011

I accompanied her outside the village for her errands, that was my fourth day in that area, bigla na
lang niya akong iniwan in the crowded area she made me wait in the middle of the sidewalk under
the scorching heat of the sun while she walked back and fourth while talking on her mobile phone for
2 hours. I cannot leave the area kasi baka maligaw din ako I don’t know Merville Park well yet. I
waited until she was done.

I had a slight fever the next day.

As I write this I am holding back tears kasi sa tanang buhay ko di pa ako nakakakilala ng isang taong
tulad niya and I have met and written about famous figures in the past, wala akong naranasan na
ganyan yung mga sumunod na araw she has been giving me hints to leave and she would turn
around a story that we are discussing to that mode that She did not want me there. Although, I know
that She has no right to say that since the house was being paid for by Mr. Bagatsing and I know that I
am only answerable to him.

Note: Vanessa Ylka Cortez alias Vanessa Rodriguez is not the wife of Mr. Bagatsing according to
Anne (the household help) and some neighbors and the Employees of SM Bicutan She is Mrs
Bagatsing daw sabi niya. I was told she was passing herself off as such.

It is none of my business but she trying to fool people porque third world country nga daw tayo sabi
niya.

On October 03 I left quitely For Baguio with out saying a word to Mr. Bagatsing.

My Mistake? I came back at his request for the planed NGO on December 05, 2011.
