Many thanks to all the parents who recently returned parent questionnaires. We had over

we have collated the returns and Miss Fisher is currently preparing a feed back
commentary for parents. This will be shared with all parents on completion.

Management Structure at Brampton

One parent asked on their questionnaire to know more about the management structure at
Brampton. We have a ‘Senior Leadership Team’ (SLT) consisting of Head teacher - Miss
Fisher; Deputy head- Miss Lambert; Head of Foundation Stage and Key Stage 1—Miss
Beament; Literacy Subject Leader - Mrs Stewart (acting for Mrs Perks); Maths Subject
leader Miss Mason (+ Mrs Jones) and ICT Subject Leaders job shared with Miss Cross and
Mrs Evans. We meet every Thursday after school to discuss and support the school’s
leadership direction. Our priority for 2010-2011 is to ‘further develop managers’ knowledge
and innovative leadership of teaching and the curriculum to raise standards.’ For example,
SLT are involved in producing our school development plan, school prospectus, they review
policies and relevant target setting data. Information from these meetings are fed back to
staff in our weekly staff meetings, relevant news can be shared with parents in newsletters
or to governors in their termly meetings or to the relevant sub committee meetings.
BRAMPTON GOLD BOOK
