Vargas "Measure P" Infrastructure Modular Classrooms Project: [0511-00]
Project complete.

Vargas "Measure P" Infrastructure Office Expansion Project: [0511-00]
The first phase of the project is complete which is the construction and remodel of the office, staff lounge and
the multi-use room. The second phase of the project which is the library and classrooms is currently on-going
and scheduled to be completed August of 2009. We have presented two change orders to the School Board
and have amended the contracted amount to $3,644,762 and added thirty eight (38) days to the completion
date.

Vargas "Measure P" Classroom Modernization Project: [0511-00]

This project represents Phase IV for the Vargas Infrastructure Project and we accepted bids for this phase on
May 7, 2009 and the School Board awarded the contract for this phase to BCI Builders, Inc. for $2,170,000. We
have issued the Notice of Award and once contracts for this are finalized construction will begin this summer for
this phase with completion scheduled for August of 2010.

Columbia "Measure P" Infrastructure New Construction Project: [0510-00]

The second phase of the Columbia Infrastructure project will be the new construction of the Multi-purpose
room, locker room and the Food court facility. On January 5, 2009 the food court facility was open for use and
we are currently under final construction on the multi-use and locker room facility. We anticipate opening the
multi-use and locker room to the school over the summer due to delays with the Division of the State Architect
(DSA) regarding the stage. We have presented three change orders to the School Board and have amended
the contracted amount to $8,164,755.21 and added one hundred eleven (111) days to the completion date.

Columbia "Measure P" Infrastructure Office/Library Project: [0510-00]

This project is Phase III for the Columbia Infrastructure Project and will include the site work, construction of
the new library in the current multi-use room, the renovation of the current library into the teacher lounge, work
room and classroom, and the renovation of the current office space. We accepted bids for this project on April
10, 2008 and the School Board rejected all bids at its May 1st Board Meeting. We re-bid this project on June 3,
2008 and received three bids. The School Board awarded the contract to the lowest bidder which was Swenson
Development Corporation for the contracted amount of $4,492,870. We are currently under construction on the
new library and the overall project is scheduled to be completed on August 14, 2009.

Columbia "Measure P" Infrastructure Modernization Project: [0510-00]
This project is the final phase for the Columbia Infrastructure Project and we accepted bids for this phase on
April 9, 2009 and the School Board awarded the contract for this phase to Swenson Development &
Construction for $8,639,000. We have issued the Notice of Award and once contracts for this are finalized
construction will begin this summer for this phase with completion scheduled for August of 2010.

Columbia "Measure P" Infrastructure Neighborhood Center Project: [0510-00]

This project is currently under the contract documents phase. Negotiations with the City of Sunnyvale on joint-
use/funding agreements are complete and both the City of Sunnyvale City Council and the School Board has
given formal approval to this agreement. We anticipate submitting this project to DSA for their review in June of
2009 and starting construction on this project in December of 2009.

Fairwood "Measure P" Infrastructure Office Expansion Project: [0512-00]

We accepted bids for this phase on April 24, 2008 and the School Board awarded the contract for this phase to
Beals Martin, Inc. for $2,709,952. We are currently finalizing construction on this project and we have
presented three change orders to the School Board and have amended the contracted amount to $2,933,825
and added thirty nine (39) days to the completion date.

Fairwood "Measure P" Infrastructure New Library Project: [0512-00]

We accepted bids for this phase on January 14, 2009 and the School Board awarded the contract for this phase
to Meehleis Modulars Buildings, Inc. for $1,339,350. We have issued the Notice of Award and the contracts for
this project are finalized. We are currently waiting for DSA to formally approve this project and once that
approval is gained construction will begin this summer for this phase with completion scheduled for August of
2010.

Fairwood "Measure P" Infrastructure Modernization Project: [0512-00]

This project will be Phase III for the Fairwood Infrastructure Project. We accepted bids for this phase on May
21, 2009 and we will be recommending to the School Board on June 18th to award the contract for this phase to
Kent Construction for $3,085,500. Once the School Board has awarded we will issue the Notice of Award and
once contracts for this project are finalized construction will begin this summer for this phase with completion
scheduled for August of 2010.

Ellis "Measure P" Infrastructure New Classrooms Project: [0528-00]

Ellis "Measure P" Infrastructure New Classrooms Project Phase II: [0538-00]
We accepted bids for this project on February 12, 2009 and the School Board formally awarded contracts to
Blossom Valley Construction for $645,950 for the site work and to Bruns Belmont Construction for $2,024,800
for the classroom building. We are currently under construction for this project and anticipate a completion date
of November 1, 2009.

San Miguel "Measure P" Infrastructure and Improvement Project: [0525-00]
We have presented the final plans and specifications to DSA for their formal approval and anticipate receiving
their approval some time this summer. Once the approval is gained we will begin the bidding process for this
project and we are hoping to begin construction on this project in the fall of 2009.

Cumberland "Measure P" Infrastructure and Improvement Project: [0533-00]

We are now designing the final plans and specifications for this project after holding several meetings with the
site committee and admin committee for the Cumberland site. As part of this project we are moving forward
with the design and construction of a modular classroom project which has been accelerated due to enrollment
issues at the Cumberland School site. W e accepted bids for this modular project on March 26, 2009 and the
School Board awarded the contract for this modular building to Bruns Belmont Construction for $1,698,800 and
to Blossom Valley Construction in the amount of $374,672 for the site work. We are currently under
construction for this project and anticipate a completion date of August 4, 2009.

Cherry Chase New Multi-use Construction Project: [0537-00]
The Board of Education was presented the design of the Cherry Chase Elementary School Multi-use Project at
its January 15, 2009 Board Meeting. This multi-use facility will be used for the students and staff for the Cherry
Chase Elementary School to accommodate the current enrollment and to replace the existing multi-use facility
which is too small as identified by the Board's adopted facility standards. This project is identified and
authorized through the Facilities Standards and Master Plan adopted by the Board of Education in May of
2003. Beginning in September of 2008, Diane Hemmes, Rob Williams and Aedis Architects assembled the
committee needed to assist in the design process for the project. The final design that is being presented to the
School Board has been reviewed and approved by Diane Hemmes and the Cherry Chase Multi-use committee.
The budget for this project is $3,394,158 and will be funded by Measure P. We have completed the plans and
specifications for this project and presented them to DSA for their formal approval in December of 2008.
Unfortunately due to delays in receiving the formal approval from DSA this project has been rescheduled to
begin in the summer of 2010.

Lakewood "Measure P" Infrastructure New Media Center Project: [0535-00]

This project is Phase I of the Lakewood Infrastructure Project and we are currently in the bid process for this
project with bids being accepted on May 28, 2009. We anticipate going to the Board for formal award of the
contract at it's June 18th Board meeting. Once the Board awards we can submit the plans for this project to
DSA for their formal approval.

Operations "Measure P" HVAC & Roofing Improvement Project: [0531-00]

This project is identified in the Master Plan and is to replace aging HVAC equipment and to install a new
roofing system. It also includes an upgrade to the interior components and roofing systems that are also
identified in the Master Plan. The intent is to bid this project in preparations for a summer of 2008 completion.
We accepted bids for this project on April 14, 2009 and the School Board formally awarded the contract to
Dream View Construction for $126,800. We are currently under construction for this project and anticipate a
completion date of August 4, 2009.
