fabrication entities;
One is energya STEEL FABRICATION Co., located in 10th of Ramadan City– Egypt., and, the
other is Hesham Helal El Sewedy & Partners for Steel Industries Ltd ., located in Rabigh –
Saudi Arabia
energya STEEL SOLUTIONS is established to serve the requirements of a wide range of
industrial projects, to meet the increased global demand, and to furnish specialized
support to heavy process plants in Egypt, Middle east, GCC countries and Africa.
energya STEEL SOLUTIONS has the capacity to provide multiple engineering services starting
from design, supply, fabrication, galvanization, painting, site delivery and erection of
structural steel, steel process equipments (plate works), tanks, pressure vessels, stacks,
equipments, over head transmission & telecommunication towers, lighting poles,
monopoles, distribution poles, grating, pre-engineering and galvanized steel wires.
energya STEEL SOLUTIONS is also specialized in the fabrication of cement plants steel
process line components, i.e. cyclones of pre-heater towers, fan casings, kiln sections, ball
mills, vertical mills, coolers, bag filters, electrostatic precipitator filters, hoppers, silos,
chimney, belt conveyors, bucket elevators, screw conveyors, crushers, stackers, re-
claimers, … etc., including the structural steel carrying them and all related machining
works .
energya STEEL SOLUTIONS has manufactured cement plants most recently in the following
areas, Misr Beny Suef – Polysius in Egypt, Beny Suef cement plant of Lafarge – FCB in
Egypt, Wadi El Nil cement – FLS in Egypt, Ball mills of Arabian cement – FLS in Egypt,
Djelfa cement – ASCE in Algeria, 2 kilns of Army Sinai cement plant – TCDRI part of
Sinoma international in Egypt; Qatar cement - FCB in Qatar, Safwa cement Rabigh –
Polysius in KSA, Souk El Khamees and Ben Ghazi plant - KHD in Libya.

energya STEEL FABRICATION Co. and Hesham Helal El Sewedy & Partners for Steel
Industries Ltd., currently have a work force of 4000 persons in Egypt and KSA with the
following capabilities:-
Engineering: energya has approximately 290 technical and structural design engineers
using the most modern software programs.
Other staff include: Draftsmen, Field Supervisors, Craftsmen, Administrators,
Management Staff, etc.
Our production capacity is approximately 195,000 Metric Tons per year. The
fabrication capacity of tonnage for the individual line of activity is outlined hereunder:
Structure Steel Fabrication (heavy, medium and light) with capacity of
48,000 MT/ annum
• Industrial projects
• Bridges, car parks, showrooms and warehouses.

Plate Works of process steel equipments with capacity of 20,000 MT/ annum

• Pressure vessels and pipe fabrication.
• Fan casings, coolers, cyclones & crushers.

Transmission and Telecommunications Towers with capacity of 36,000

MT/annum.
Hot dip galvanized Grating with capacity of 3,000 MT/ annum
Lighting, Distribution and High Mast Poles with capacity of 20,000 MT/ annum
• Lighting poles with length up to 16 m as one piece.
• Distribution poles up to 850 mm diameter, 12 mm thickness and 16 m
length.
• High mast diameter up to 2.5 m, thickness up to 30 mm and length up to16
m.
Hot dip galvanization plants with capacity of 100,000 MT / annum with the
following features:-
• Galvanizing with weight capacity up to 10 tons for one piece, and the
dimensions of bath is the biggest in the Middle East with a size of 16.5 m
length, 2.0 m width and 3 m depth. The plant is equipped with a filtration
system to maintain the surrounding environment.
Fabrication of Steel spare parts of Cement plants, Steel mills, Petro-Chemical
Plants and Power Stations
energya Pre-engineered Buildings , separate business unit capacity of 48,000 MT/
annum
energya Galvanized Steel Wires Plant, separate business unit capacity of 20,000 MT/
annum
