ComPro (CZ) Product Licence Agreement

IMPORTANT - READ CAREFULLY.

BY INSTALLING THE SOFTWARE, YOU WILL INDICATE YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THE FOLLOWING
COMPRO (CZ) LICENCE AGREEMENT.

This is a legal agreement between you, the licensee, and ComPro (CZ). By installing this software package,
you are agreeing to be bound by the terms of this agreement. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OF
THIS AGREEMENT, DO NOT CONTINUE WITH THIS INSTALLATION. ComPro (CZ) specifically retains title to all
ComPro (CZ) software and does not sell any rights in ComPro (CZ) software. Instead ComPro (CZ) grants
the right to use the software by means of a software licence.

ComPro (CZ) SOFTWARE LICENCE

1. GRANT OF LICENCE.
In consideration of payment of the licence fee which is part of the price you paid for this product and
your agreement to abide by the terms and conditions of this agreement ComPro (CZ) grants you the non-
exclusive right to use one copy of the enclosed software ("SOFTWARE") on a single workstation connected
to a single computer. You may not network the SOFTWARE or otherwise copy it or use it on more than one
computer or computer workstation at the same time.

2. COPYRIGHT.
The SOFTWARE is owned by ComPro (CZ) unless otherwise indicated. The SOFTWARE is protected by
copyright laws and international treaty provisions. Therefore you must treat the SOFTWARE like any other
copyrighted material except that you may either (a) make one copy of the SOFTWARE solely for backup or
archiving purposes, or (b) transfer the SOFTWARE to a single hard disk provided you keep the original for
backup or archiving purposes.

3. RESTRICTIONS ON USE.
You may use the SOFTWARE to recover and/or protect only your own applications for which you are the
lawful copyright holder. You may not assign, licence, rent or lease the SOFTWARE and accompanying
materials. You may not use the SOFTWARE to recover and/or protect an application on behalf of a third
party for profit or non-profit or otherwise where you are not the lawful copyright holder. You may not
transfer the right of using the SOFTWARE to third party. You may not transfer the SOFTWARE from one
computer to another over a network. You may not modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile or
disassemble the SOFTWARE. You may not modify, adapt, translate or create derivative works based on the
SOFTWARE.

4. INDEMNIFICATION.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold ComPro (CZ) harmless from and against any claims, suits,
damages, expenses, including legal fees brought against or suffered by any kind related to or caused by
the use of the SOFTWARE.

5. LIMITED WARRANTY.

LIMITED WARRANTY. ComPro (CZ) warrants that the SOFTWARE will be free from defects under normal
use for a period of 90 days from the date of purchase. If any defect in the software should occur during this
90 day period, the software and a copy of your receipt may be returned to ComPro (CZ), and the software
will be replaced without charge. THIS WARRANTY IS LIMITED TO YOU ONLY.

CUSTOMER REMEDIES. ComPro (CZ)'s entire liability and your exclusive remedy shall be replacement of
the software. This Limited Warranty is void if failure of the software has resulted from accident, neglect,
abuse or misapplication. Any replacement of the software will be warranted for the remainder of the
original warranty period.

NO OTHER WARRANTIES. COMPRO (CZ) DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EITHER EXPRESS OR
IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR
A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, WITH RESPECT TO THE SOFTWARE AND THE ACCOMPANYING WRITTEN
MATERIALS.

NO LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGE. IN NO EVENT SHELL COMPRO (CZ) BE LIABLE FOR ANY
DAMAGES WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF BUSINESS PROFITS,
BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF BUSINESS INFORMATION, OR OTHER PECUNIARY LOSS) ARISING OUT
OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE AND ACCOMPANYING WRITTEN MATERIALS, EVEN IF
COMPRO (CZ) HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
GENERAL
(a) If any provision of this agreement is found to be invalid by any court of competent jurisdiction, the
balance of this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
(b) This Agreement shall not create an agency, partnership, franchise, or any other form of legal
association.
(c) This Agreement constitutes the entire Agreement between the parties with respect to the subject
matter thereof.
