Venue Specification Ba!room# 1

Stage
The Stage is 8 meters by 4 meters, using 2 x 1 meter elements. The height of the Stage is
80 cm, using aluminum legs. The Stage front is covered with a black molton sheet.

Truss rig / Grid

The truss system is Quicktruss, type 30x30 cm square, 48mm pipes. The flying system is 4 mo-
tors, each capable of lifting 650 kg. Maximum load depends on where it is hanged in the grid.
Please ask for assistance, if wanting to lift high loads at our Venue.

Light
24 channel 16 AMP Avolites Dimmer available. The Console available is the
Avolites Pearl Tiger. There are 8 available harting outlets in the rig. Two for each horizontal
truss. Each harting has 6 outlets. The two final harting outlets is used for the PAR64 systems.

Effects
A Barco LED Screen is available for use as a decoration, or for presentation purposes. The
screen is placed as 5 modules behind the stage. The LED Screen is great to run company logos
on, or even band backdrops. The LED screen is controlled by a Apple Mac Mini, with Arkaos
Grand VJ installed. If you would like to use the LED screen, please inform the Technical Manager.

Other
The venue facilitates a 2,2 Megabit internet connection, either by cable or as a 802.11b/g/n
wireless network, if preferred. Streaming facility is available upon request.

There are unisex toilets for all the guests on the floor underneath the wardrobe area.
