Keane offers a benefits program designed to support your good health and financial security – as
well as your family’s. It’s one of the most progressive, comprehensive, and flexible benefits

A variety of healthcare options across the country

Tuition assistance
Keane’s Tuition Assistance Program is designed to help employees bolster their skills and
accelerate their careers. The program provides reimbursement for job-related courses that
employees take toward several management-approved certificate programs.

Physical and mental wellness programs


Employees have access to an Employee Assistance Plan to help with various life events, disease
management programs to improve their health, and a fitness reimbursement benefit for health
club memberships and fitness equipment.

Holidays
Keane observes 10 paid holidays in a year. These are scheduled by each Keane
office according to local customs and business obligations.

Leaves
Employees are entitled to 17 days of privilege leave (PL), 8 days of casual leave
(CL) and 15 days of sick leave (SL) during a calendar year.

Keane ensures positive work life balance by requiring employees to go on vacation at least once
a year. Employees must take at least 5 PLs if they have worked at least 6 months during the
calendar year. Employees may also cash out unused PLeach year once the accrued PL crosses the
accrual limit. Employees are eligible to take compensatory leave if they have worked beyond
their normal working days.

Keane offers loans and advances against employees’ salary to help in times of
medical exigency and other emergencies:

Keane provides cashless hospitalization for employees and their eligible
dependents through a third-party group hospitalization insurance scheme.
Group Life insurance Scheme
Keane extends life insurance coverage to all its employees through the selected
service provider by purchasing suitable policies.
Personal Accident Insurance Scheme
Keane covers all employees under this scheme. The premium is paid by Keane.

Additional Group Life Insurance Scheme
In addition to the group life insurance scheme, Keane provides additional group

Keane provides corporate credit cards to all members of the senior management

Sick Time
Employees may take time off to recover from temporary illness without losing
pay or position.
Vacation Time
We encourage employees to take time off from work to rest and rejuvenate.
If you work at least 20 hours per week, you may earn paid annual vacation
time based on your length of service.
Adoption Assistance
Employees with at least one year of service receive financial assistance for
eligible expenses for each adopted child.
Discount Auto and Home Insurance
Keane offers discount auto and home insurance to employees.
Mortgage Program
All employees may take advantage of a variety of ARM and fixed rate
products. Special discounts, underwriting considerations, home buyer
programs, consultations, reduced origination fees, and local package
discounts are offered.
Qualified Transportation Expense
The QTE Plan allows employees to pay for their workplace commute via
mass transit and/or workplace parking with tax-free dollars. Tax-free means
no FICA, federal, state (varies by state), or local taxes are calculated on
QTE expenses.
401(k) Savings Plan
Employees may enroll in the 401(k) plan upon date of hire, as long as they are
at least 18 years old. The plan offers the following benefits: It allows you to
contribute pre-tax dollars to a choice of mutual funds that invest in a variety
of stocks, bonds, and cash equivalents. It shelters your savings from taxes and
lowers your taxable income. It also allows you to contribute post-tax money to
a Roth 401(k) and receive qualified distributions tax-free.

College Savings Plan
A 529 College Savings Plan is a simple way to save money for a family
member’s college education.
Federal Credit Union
Upon your date of hire, you may participate in a federal credit union that offers
a full line of banking functions, including savings and checking accounts, ATM
access, and loans.
Disability Insurance
Keane offers disability insurance to employees who are unable to work due to
a non-occupational illness or injury. Disability plans consists of short-term and
long-term disability coverage.
Business Travel Insurance
Employees are covered for up to $250,000 of accidental death and
dismemberment insurance while traveling on company business, not
including commuting to and from work. Keane pays the cost of this plan.
Dental Coverage
Keane provides comprehensive dental insurance to employees and
their dependents.
Medical
Employees are able to choose between several medical plan options: PPO,
EPO, high deductible plans, and consumer directed health plans.
Disease Management Program
This program gives you and your family the tools to better manage over
30 chronic health conditions, such as heart disease, cancer, and diabetes.
Long Term Care Insurance
Should the need arise for your long-term care, this plan is designed to assist
you with your financial plan to protect your income and assets.
Accidental Death and Dismemberment
Employees regularly scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week, if enrolled,
receive up to $10,000 of coverage at no cost.
Employee Assistance Program
Free, confidential assistance to employees and their family members who
experience difficulty or concern with personal issues in the areas of job/career,
grief/loss, couples issues, legal issues, alcohol/drug addiction, trauma, anxiety,
finance, and other areas.
Tuition Reimbursement
Keane provides reimbursement for certain management-approved
certification programs.

Healthcare and Dependent Care Reimbursement Account Programs
These account programs enable you to reduce your taxable income by
using pre-tax money to pay for healthcare and work-related dependent
care expenses.
Cancer Indemnity Insurance
Holders of this insurance policy receive a single sum of money to pays for the
actual diagnosis, and/or treatment of cancer and illnesses caused by cancer or
cancer therapy (such as infections, diabetes, and pneumonia).
Dependent Life Insurance
Provides a financial benefit to you in the event that you experience the loss of

Supplemental Disability Income Insurance
Policy that increases your percentage of replacement income while
on disability.
Scholarship Program
Scholarships are awarded to eligible employees’ children on the basis of

Wellness Benefit Reimbursement
Employees receive up to $150.00 reimbursement per calendar year for the
purchase of qualified health club membership, including fitness classes
(i.e., yoga, pilates), martial arts/boxing, tennis and racquet clubs, and/or
fitness equipment.
