Strategic Planning:

• Formulating Sales Strategy: preparing corporate client’s presentation / competitor


analysis report, collating information from various departments, formulate and
develop sales & marketing plan for the projects.
• Revenue Maximization: preparing the budget for sales &
marketing dept. monitoring of sales and collection, develop
annual sales plan & marketing budget for the organization.
• Generating Reports for Management: to collect periodic information about
projects, developments in and around the projects in particular and in general,
handling complete booking process; providing inputs to HOD for various sales
promotional schemes and policies.
• Project Performance management: to work in co-ordination
with other departments of the company. to align the complete
action, views and working with that of the vision, mission and
values of the company.

Sales/ Marketing:

• Market Segmentation: working on a corporate tie- up with selective corporate

• Competitor Analysis: monitoring, tracking & evaluating market & competitive


dynamics
• Promotion / Launch: plans ATL & BTL so as to deliver the required value
proposition, as derived from the brand identity. to plan and participate in real estate
exhibitions. Co-ordinate with advertising agency, printing & production houses for
designing of advertisements, product literatures, leaflets and other collaterals.
Liaison with media houses and agencies for media buying and planning
• Market Visibility: assists in developing market entry strategy for previously
untapped geographies based on market intelligence
• Brand Awareness: getting appropriate ad agency for marketing campaign manage
web advertising with the help of interactive media agency ensuring that brand focus
is maintained through media & PR activities.

Client Relationship Management

• Identifying Key Accounts: evaluating new areas of market for new leads and
working on a corporate tie- up with selective corporates.
• Quality Service: key focus on driving the achievement of goals
through executing business plans geared towards capitalizing on
horizontal / vertical business opportunities; improvising on
business systems as well as distribution infrastructure, human
resources and consumer insights, monitoring all sale documents
executed for the company is properly stamped and registered
with the registrar, whenever required under law.

Customer Relationship:
• Creating effective processes for customer management, while providing assistance to
the top management to arrive at pricing decisions.
• To ensure strong customer relationships and creating better brand perception in the
market.
• Ensure strong relationships with property consultants & real estate brokers.

Team Management:

• Handling team, comprising of members at various levels looking after marketing /


sales of residential & commercial properties. Identifying & assessing the training
needs of the managerial, supervisory & work staff.
• Conceptualizing & developing training & development initiatives for improved
productivity, building capability and quality enhancement.
• Conducting meetings for setting up sales objectives and designing or streamlining
processes to ensure smooth functioning of sales operations.
