Who knew that whisky could be

such a fascinating topic?
In this publication, we trace everything whisky, from the basics
of what it is exactly, to simple recipes for the classic whisky
cocktails that have had such lasting appeal – with many fun
stops and intriguing encounters along the way.
For instance, you’ll meet jazz singer/Scotch connoisseur
Matt Dusk, and expert Canadian vintner-turned-whisky-
maker John Hall. You’ll discover why whisky has a special
affinity for chocolate, and why we Canadians persist in
calling our whisky “rye.” Wondering about the myth that
women don’t appreciate whisky, or why single malt
Scotches are considered so special? The answers are all here.
Of course, at the same time that we’re exploring all the
intriguing aspects of whisky, we want to note that we take
our commitment to social responsibility very seriously.
This publication has been created for those of legal drinking
age and we urge all of its readers to drink responsibly.
That said, inside you’ll find everything you need to fully 12 meet
