 Reduced Call charges under Friends & Family scheme : Scheme of reduced charges to either two BSNL nos
(One landline mandatory) within MP & CG or any one BSNL number within MP& CG and one BSNL fixed/WLL

2. The “PYARI JODI” Plan to be offered as a promotional offer during the festival period for 90 days
from with effect from 5.11.2010. Only one free SIM with PYARI JODI Plan can be offered for one
BSNL landline/WLL of MP Circle.
3. All landline customers may be informed about the scheme through IVRS and printed
message in the Landline bill to make the scheme a success.
4. All CSCs are to be educated / updated about the scheme to generate a good response. Availability
of SIMs, CAF, brochures etc are to be ensured at all CSCs for proper delivery of the product.

Procedure for PYARI JODI / Home Unlimited Plan implementation :

1. The above plans are to be offered through BSNL CSC only after verification of existing landline
customer. The customer may be asked to produce last paid bill of the Landline number also (bill
copy to be enclosed with the form) to verify the genuineness of the customer.
2. Only specially configured SIMs allotted PYARI JODI / Home Unlimited Plan should be provided
with the plan. FRC of Rs. 33/- is applicable for only these SIMs.
3. The scheme can directly be provided to the customers through CAF Entry in “Sancharsoft” at all
SSAs of MP Circle.

The Mobile number will be provided PYARI JODI / Home Unlimited Plan within next two working days.
