Terms and Conditions

Travel
By signing the Registration Form you agree to accept the following terms Information
and conditions:
 To cancel your registration you need to notify the Dunedin NTS Committee in writing by 30 April 2011
to gain a full refund of your registration fee.
 Registrations cancelled after this time will incur a fee of $50.00.
 Any refund of fees for registrations cancelled after 1 June 2011 is at the discretion of the Dunedin NTS
Committee and will be decided on a case by case basis'.
 Should your image be taken during the NTS event you agree that it maybe used for any promotional
purposes.
 By providing Dunedin NTS Committee with your email address you consent to receipt of emailed pro-
motional and other information concerning Dunedin NTS 2011.
 The closing date for registrations is Friday 24 May 2011. Any registration received after that date will
be accepted only with the approval of the Dunedin NTS 2011 Committee and shall be subject to a
$25.00 late fee.
