have a quiet cigarette. I wasn’t even thinking about the “Where is God” question. I
don’t know what I was thinking but it wasn’t about anything important.
I suppose that I’ve asked the “Where is God” question so many times that it
finally had to be answered. And it was. Once again. Perhaps this time I won’t forget
because I’m writing it down.
God is always here. But the light of Spirit is of such purity, simplicity and intensity
that it would disintegrate me if I were to behold it. It is of such love and compassion
that I would shatter in its presence. It is of such magnitude that it would obliterate
my darkness – a part of me that has been developed for eons of time – and I fear
that nothing would be left of me.
The essence of God gently whispered to me, “Love yourself as I love you, then
you can behold Me. Love your self and you will remember me.”
The light of Spirit is magnificent. We shut the door in fear that it will annihilate
us if we catch even the smallest glimpse. We bar the door even while calling out to
know the presence of Spirit. We retreat back to our daily routine wondering, “Where
is God?” In our routine we once again forget to love our selves. We go back to
studying God, asking others if they know where God is, and seeking God in things
external. We lay down at night hoping that, in the next day, we will finally know the
love of God.
Finally, when our longing for God is surpassed by our love for self, we
know the unknowable.
4 Gifts From The Other Side

People often ask me how I got into the dream business. There are several
answers to that question. I could say, historically speaking, that I’ve been an
active dreamer since as far back as I can remember. I could say that I’ve
had dreams that guided, healed, and even saved my life. I could say that I’ve
witnessed countless dream-related miracles in the lives of those I work with
professionally as a certified clinical hypnotherapist over the past sixteen years.
And I could say that I’ve had my mind blown more times than I can count by
the transformative power of dreams to alter a person’s paradigm and, quite

side. Here’s what happened:
I was enjoying a lovely meal with my husband and some friends in my
favorite Indian restaurant, when suddenly a parade of activity overwhelmed
my brain. Everything went black, like a velvet curtain veiling a kaleidoscope of
color. Then I felt as if I was being squeezed through a cosmic birth canan, until
– 'snap' – I left my body, like a pebble from a slingshot. Gone.
On a physical level it looked as though I fainted, turned cold, and became

unconscious for about 15-20 minutes. On an etheric level, I went exploring realms
far beyond the physical, in a bath of more expansive love/bliss than I had ever
experienced in my life. While I was on the other side I received these 4 “Gifts”.
Gift #1: I Am My Body…Not!
Duh! This is something I thought I’d learned 5,000 years ago in Metaphysics
101. I’ve known this intellectually and even conceptually, but now I actually
know it. When I decided to come back into my body it wasn’t easy. Imagine
feeling light, free, blissful, expansive, and volunteering to go back to an ego
prison within an earth-bound body, or leaving an ocean of love for a teacup full.
No thank you! But, I must have been co-dependant—not thinking I could bear
the guilt of leaving my family in shock and pain—or perhaps I knew I simply
wasn’t done with my work/play here on earth, or some combination of the two.
It took a Herculean effort to maneuver myself back into my flesh bag, like diving
off a cliff in s-l-o-w motion into a tiny teacup. Not easy!
I had the realization that when someone checks out of their human frame,
they’re not gone. They have merely checked in to a different reality; one that is
infinitely more peaceful, expansive, and beautiful than this three-dimensional
‘attachment’ we humans struggle to cling to. There is vastly more to us than our
bodies. In fact I believe that as beautiful and magnificent as our body temples
are, they are only one millionth of who we actually are.
Gift #2: We Are Connected to Everyone and Everything!
From the other side, all separation and suffering dissolved the way an ocean
from glory to greater glory, I realized that there was no end to love. No ceiling,
no walls. And just when I thought it couldn’t possibly feel any better, there was
more, eternities more, like thick honey pouring itself through my awareness in
a never-ending expanse of bliss. Through veil after veil I moved, realizing this
is the way Life should/could be lived; dancing gracefully from one experience
to the next. Not easy, but possible when we remember.
Gift #3: Attachment Equals Suffering
From my sky-high point of view I saw it was possible (I didn’t say easy) to
stop all the clinging. What “Cling-Ons” we humans are! I saw how, without
realizing it, I cling ferociously to the things I think I need to feed me, define me,
prop me up, give my life meaning, and/or give me a false sense of security.
But from this higher perspective, I was imprinted with a lightness of being that
showed me what it was like to truly be in this world—a part of each experience,
but not of it, any of it.
I scanned through all the ways humans suffer and saw that every struggle,
be it physical, emotional, or psychological, was a choice. We each possess
the ability, in every moment, to be bound by our attachments to something,
From my big picture perspective I saw that it is possible to live life, not as
a problem to solve, but as a great adventure. I vowed (without attachment,
of course) to savor every kiss, every sunset, every moment, every
dream…then, when
it is complete let it all
go; freely moving on,
without grief toward
the next adventure
just over
the horizon.
Ahhhhh.

Gift #4: Our Dreams Contain Our Awakening Medicine
From way up there I could see the balancing act we humans play while
we endeavor to be in this world yet not of it. Our nighttime dreams highlight
with startling accuracy where we are attached, stuck and holding on to limited
notions of ourselves. I also saw that our nighttime dreams are a pathway that
all humans can access to gain a larger context for who they are and why they
are here—their personal curriculum for how they can AWAKEN to their unique
experience of enlightenment, liberation, and fulfillment.
directorial input! We are not these tiny, groveling victims being thrashed about
by the hands of a capricious and whimsical fate. We are dreamers in a friendly
universe, and we can dream a life of heaven or hell. It is our choice!”
As this knowledge embedded itself in me I felt a tremendous affirmation of
what I had known intellectually, but now felt as a full-bodied knowing (or shall
I say, beyond the body knowing).
With this perspective I was led to create the Dream Project, a non-profit
organization that inspires young people to tap into their “dreaming mind” and solve
the issues related to their lives, as well as issues related to the United Nations and
the Millennium Development Goals. In fact, one of the highlights of my career, thus
far, was being invited to speak at the United Nations about this project.
More recently, my exploration on the other side fanned the flame of my passion
for the DreamWork I do with private clients, dream circles, radio and television
interviews. One such interview led me to meet an angel in human form, Mr.
Clear Vibration, Crystal Clear Speaks himself, Joe Rumbolo. We developed a
fast and magical friendship and the next thing I knew I became part of the launch

Safety Guidelines

As there are so many individuals going through major energetic changes right now, I put together
an outline of ways you can help yourself, if you find yourself struggling with the intensity. I have
based the following information on my clinical experience and parts of therapy that have helped
my clients the most. The information should be considered as guidelines only and not taken as
medical advice.
Practical Guidelines for those going through intense energetic changes and
facing depression
One of the most important things in dealing with depression is to not think too
much. The worst thing to do when you feel ‘really down’ is to think about why
you feel so down. This will no doubt lead you into a worse emotional state. It is
far better to use some of the techniques outlined below.
Quick tricks to try if you feel really down
Get moving
If you can do something, anything, it can help to change how you feel. If you
can move your body you will feel better. Doing something with your body gets
the ‘feel good’ physiology into action, so even a short walk can help.
Set yourself a small task
This can be anything, ideally something you usually don’t mind doing – taking
the dog for a walk, sorting out a drawer or cleaning something – something to
get you focused outwards. It is essentially a distraction technique, and com-
pleting the task will make you feel good.
Call someone
If you have a person you feel you can talk to, call them and have a chat, and
not necessarily about feeling down. Just a brief chat about anything can dis-
tract you from your own thoughts.
Have a shower
There are different reasons why this works, but if you can take a shower and
change your clothes this may help.
Play uplifting music
Listen to the music you would choose if you felt really good. This will feel un-
comfortable psychologically as there will be a mismatch between your mood
will lift to match the music.
Watch a comedy video
This is in line with the way music changes your emotional state, although it can
be more powerful as you have the visual imagery as well as the sound.

Take a nap
Having a quick sleep (between 20 and 40 minutes)
can be a good way to change your mood state.
Other considerations
Avoid alcohol and illegal drugs
It may be tempting to try and ‘dull the pain’, but
unfortunately this will only make you feel worse.
Medication?
There is mixed research regarding the effective-
ness of anti-depressant medication. From my
clinical experience, I believe a short course of
anti-depressants may help if people are so de-
pressed their life is at risk. The medication can
be used to sort of ‘jump start the brain’ if the synapses have slowed down to
the point where people are not functioning. This should be discussed with your
Doctor. I believe everything else should be examined first and all other av-
enues exhausted prior to medication being prescribed. It is not recommended
that children and teenagers are given anti-depressant medication.
People’s diet needs to be examined first to make sure their mood is not being
affected by something else, such as a lack of Vitamin B, Zinc or Essential Fatty
Acids (Omega 3 etc), before a chemical is added.
Remember: Things will always change
When researchers talk to people who have made suicide attempts, there is a
consistent finding: people explain they did not want themselves as a person
‘to die’. They were usually glad their attempts were unsuccessful and that all
they really wanted was the life they were living and the way they felt to change.
This is very different from not wanting to live. So it needs to be remembered
that ALL emotional states and situations change.
Acceptance: All emotions pass
Even as you have not always felt the way you do today, you will feel differently
again later. It is important to remind yourself that your emotional state will
pass. It may also help to notice that you are experiencing the emotion, rather
than that you are the emotion. Of course it may not even be your emotion! It
can take some practice to learn what is yours and what is not, but just recog-
nizing the feeling and remembering it will pass is a good start.
Acceptance: All situations change
If you are reading this it is likely that you have gone through some major life
changes recently; this may involve relationship, employment, or family chang-
es or perhaps all these things. It is important to remember that as things may
have changed ‘for the worse’, they can change just as quickly ‘for the better’.
You have chosen this experience and the reasons for your current situation
will eventually become clear.
Take one day at a time and allow yourself to be open to the possibility that you
could be in a totally different situation in months, weeks and even days ahead.
All you have to do is wait and see what you have planned for yourself.

It’s okay to feel sad
Remind yourself its okay to feel sad for a short time. If something sad has hap-
pened, it’s okay to feel this. Let yourself cry if that is the emotion that is build-
ing inside you. If you find yourself crying for hours check your thoughts. If you
identify a repeating negative or self-blaming thought, please challenge this and
use some of the strategies written here to change this.
Check your Biological State
Always check your biological state first, if you start thinking you feel ‘down’. A
very common error I see is that people have something affecting them physi-
cally and they will quickly assume they are depressed/ sad etc. Examples of
this can include tiredness, physical pain or illness, hormonal factors, alcohol
withdrawal, vitamin B deficiency, dehydration or hunger.
The truth is the physical aspect needs to be treated first. You need to do a quick
‘body-check’ if you feel ‘down’ and ask yourself if you are tired, hungry, etc. If
you are, then get some sleep, take a multi-vitamin if you are hormonal, pain
relief if you are in pain etc. If you have had alcohol, even one or two drinks, you
will feel slightly ‘flat’ for the next day or two. This is one reason why people are
not recommended to drink alcohol every day.
There are other things which have also been linked to anxiety and depres-
sion, mainly Aspartame (artificial sweetener) which you will find in most ‘diet’ or
sugar-free foods and drinks. Always check the label and avoid this chemical.

in those we love. With all the turmoil of life in

haven’t wondered sometimes if we’re actually

Shaumbra Group Experiment
“New Consciousness / New Energy”

Many of us have experienced the energy change that occurs when we come
together in a group. It is much easier to open up and to remain open if you are
surrounded by like-minded people than if you are on your own. However, most
of the time this expansion beyond the human limitations fades away as soon as
you leave the Shoud or the meditation room, simply because the surroundings,
in terms of other people you meet or challenges of daily life, pull you back into
your limited personality.
A long-term dream came true for me when 13 Shaumbra gathered together
from January 24th to 27th near Chiemsee/Munich. Everything fell smoothly
and easily into place after just a small invitation on Facebook. The idea was
to create an environment that would allow to make the embodiment of the
True Self the normal state of being, truly recognizing oneself and the others as
awakened beings having a physical experience in a human body – and then to
just experience whatever would happen.
Prior to the gathering we had no plans for how to structure the time although
there were some ideas. It turned out though that silence in its various forms
became a major cornerstone. Before breakfast we started the day in silence
and were just sitting and breathing, some in the seminar room, some in their
personal room or even in the snowy nature. We usually started each “session”
with a Silent Shoud, i.e., sitting in a circle, breathing, and connecting with each
other. The activity of greeting and remembering each other by openly looking
into each other’s eyes for a long time, thereby showing oneself completely
and welcoming the other completely, was tremendously deep. Symbolically
embodying the “Fruit of the Rose” was also very moving. Most of the time it
was clear to everyone that words were not required at all and that certainly
there was no need for verbally teaching anything to anybody – what a
release.
It turned out that we created a special
kind of rhythm. After expanding so much
and reveling in that totality, there always
came a point where that intensity naturally
sought some release in various physical
activities like dancing, drumming, singing,
sharing champagne or just having a walk
– everybody as he liked. And of course
we had the “3L” Shaumbra meals: Long,
Loud, and so much Laughter.

certain point like standing at the Bridge
of Flowers, doing the Ascension
workshop, and sitting in the Cheops
pyramid all at once – plus I was
surrounded by dear friends sharing

adventure was how easily, deeply and long one could expand once the energy

now. As Shaumbra and other humans become more and more integrated with
their soul self, so to have their Chakras integrated. I am going to attempt the

THE SNOWBALL EFFECT
Several years ago when Tobias
invited us to disconnect from mass
consciousness, this allowed us to start
contributing to the creation of the new
energy consciousness on a deeper
level. That in turn created a snowball
effect. When someone managed to
integrate an aspect, their awareness
expanded and they added a new
potential that allowed for the rest of us
to integrate just a bit more easily.
Lately I’ve been feeling very
connected to my soul which has
allowed me to integrate some core
aspects, and I realize that it feels easy to
do because of all the work that others
have done before me. They literally
created a potential that I’m just now
becoming aware of – that it is easier for
me now to integrate these aspects than
it would have been at an earlier time. It
occurred to me that this is happening
because the snowball effect has picked
up so much steam over the years. By
some making a choice for freedom,
they created the potential for it to be
easier for everyone else.
I feel very appreciative to all
Shaumbra for your inner work and I
want everyone to know that the more
we choose integration, the more the
potential exists for us all to choose it
more easily. And this snowball effect
is now being felt by the rest of the
world. We have literally created a
consciousness that is clear enough now
for everyone else to begin tapping into
as the energies get more intense during
these next few years. What a precious
gift we have not only given ourselves
but have actually created for everyone
else too, including all the non-physical
dimensions. So give yourself a hug and
know that your choice to be sovereign
is having major implications!

I’ve been thinking lately about the “bubbles of potentials” that Ada-
mus loves to talk about. To me, consciously choosing my potentials – or
potentiating – sounds great, but what does it actually mean to explore
potentials, or even imagine new ones, and then choose one or more of
them? How can I possibly recognize and choose what I want without us-
ing the mind to decide what it is?
So much of the material Adamus has been sharing recently is about
imagination and potentials, which of course go very well together. So the
other day, breathing and pondering all this, I decided to imagine and ex-
plore the potentials for “Jean’s Grand Abundance” and really see what he
was talking about.
First I took a few good deep breaths and connected with myself – al-
ways the best place to start! Then I opened up and “summoned” all the
various potentials for “Jean’s Grand Abundance.” Believe it or not, in my
imagination a bunch of spheres – or bubbles – of all sorts and types begin
to appear. And they all felt different!
The first ones I noticed were kind of small, opaque, whitish, and hard.
Somehow I knew they were from my ‘past.’ In this and other lifetimes I
have certainly chosen my share of poverty and lack, and these were the
small, hard, and limited potentials I had already lived out. Perhaps they
were the first ones to appear because they were so familiar. Of course
I immediately started thinking about them, and popped right out of my
imagination. Then remembered, “oops, no thinking” and went back to
feeling and exploring more of the emerging potentials.
The “bubbles” had many different characteristics. Some were large
and dark and foreboding. Some were small and tight, blinking in and out.
Some were like blobs – gray, undefined, sloppy feeling. Some felt very
fragile – shattering or evaporating at the least disturbance. Some flowed
and moved around. Some were opaque with various colors and textures
and movement to them. Some were completely clear. It was very tempting
to figure out what all of these characteristics meant – and especially which
ones were “good” and “bad” – but… no thinking.
Then I was quite surprised to discover Adamus had shown up. He
handed me a medium sized solid gold sphere and said, “Here, see what
this one feels like.” It wasn’t exactly “heavy” like you might expect, but it
was very solid and very gold. It actually felt uncomfortable, a little too bril-
liant and intense for me. I handed it back and imagined what a silver one
would feel like. It seemed a little more comfortable. Adamus just smiled,
“Well, suit yourself.”

and individually... beyond words.
So just take a couple of deep
breaths and feel some energy that is
coming along with this note.
And personally, now that I'm not
planning on leaving anymore, I am
especially deeply honored to be a
part of this incredible and unique
group of sovereigns!!!
After all the darned hard work, the
best is yet to come! Woohoo!!!

who is walking this walk truly does
make a difference.

I returned to a potential “bubble” I’d noticed earlier. It was bigger than
most of the others, but had some unique qualities. It moved and bulged,
seeming to be in constant gentle motion. It was mostly clear, though very
well defined. Somehow I liked the feeling of it so I stayed with that one
and brought it closer.
I was preparing to consciously choose that potential when Adamus
interjected again. “Here, try mixing this one with it,” he said, offering the
gold one again. (What is it with him and gold?!  ) Sure why not? I can
always choose again if I don’t like it.
So I took the smaller gold “bubble” and blended it with the large one I
had chosen, and voila! They mixed in a most interesting way. The clear
surface of my bubble took on a beautiful golden hue, glistening and glow-
ing as it moved, and the gold was somehow tempered and much more
comfortable to feel. Yep, I like that blend! That is the potential I will choose.
So I took a breath, reached out my finger and gently touch the bubble…
and the imagination was over.
I smiled, reflecting on the experience. So that is how to feel, imag-
ine and explore potentials! It was actually a lot of fun, and as long as I
stayed in the feelings and imagination, anything was possible. I can feel
that potential still there, any time I think about it, but now it’s activated!
So whatever it represented is what I’ve chosen (at the moment) for “My
Grand Abundance.”
In hindsight it’s not hard to figure out what some of the bubbles rep-
resented, but the experience itself was really just playing with energies,
feelings, and imaginings. And yes, Adamus was right there, as promised,
every step of the way. I loved feeling him playing along with me, offering
more ways to imagine and play with potentials, mixing them, feeling them,
and then making my own choice.
I invite you to play with this. Make it a real experience for yourself, rath-
er than just another interesting concept, and I have no doubt that Adamus
will be right there to play along with you as well. Just imagine all the top-
ics in your life where you could explore potentials – creativity, expression,
passion, health, relationships, money, job options, family, home, travel,
etc. The great thing about it is you don’t have to try to figure out “how”
to make it happen, or even which one is the “right” one. You just choose
what feeling and energy you like the most in that moment, and then go
back to your life and see what happens! I haven’t won the lottery yet, but
I can report that in the time since I had this experience a lot of energy has
been moving in several of my own creations.
So the next time you don’t quite know what to choose, get connect-
ed with You, turn on your magic bubble machine (your imagination of
course!), and let your wise and loving Shaumbra heart have some fun!
