CACAO CEREMONY

Bio:

Twenty years of using and teaching several healing systems led me

by the late 80's into a meditation and channeling group where I
received 6 years training by Higher Beings in deep density
processing and higher-dimensional partnering. I was taught by
doing the work myself for the purpose of assisting the 2nd wave of
awakenings to do it for themselves. I was also told those
awakenings - that's likely you - would, if you made it through your
training, assist the 3rd wave beginning in a few more years.

Following that training I immersed myself in session experience,

with retreats to wander wild places or do relationship dharma. Then
6 years in the Guatemalan Highlands (having a blast working with
2nd wave spiritual travelers at Lake Atitlan, one of the planet’s
prominent energy vortexes) and in the growing spiritual
communities of Costa Rica (where my visionary artist sweetheart
Jan resides).

While in Guatemala the Cacao / Chocolate Deva beckoned me into

her world to participate in returning this spiritual plant medicine to a
renewed place as the “food for the shift”. With all this fun, I share
an effortless radiance, ‘The Glow’, that is now spreading as “one of
the simplest and deepest meditation practices available”, and also a
practical partnership with Cosmic Consciousness to aid inner-work.

Cacao, The Glow, and I have been traveling Central and North
America, and England - using ceremonies, workshops and sessions
with individuals, couples, groups, and communities. I share
experiential training and tools in deep reality change through ones
own higher partnering - making practical use of whatever blocks the
way for the purpose one placed it there - with elegance rather than
struggle. So much magic these days! So much cacao! Enjoy!

Cacao Inner Journey – Recalling Chocolate as a Sacred Plant-

Medicine

“Food of the Gods”… participants drink thick chili spiked ‘Mayan

Potion’ to spend several hours in group inner focus and, by choice,
higher dimensional partnership, however you need and allow. I find
myself as the non-indigenous carrier of this overlooked sacred
potential – but in a full-on contemporary way. This is not an
Indigenous ceremony, but an opportunity to experience a plant
helper / medicine many of you are already deeply connected with
and perhaps waiting to know in this way. Shall we?
Cacao builds trust as the best cooperative partnership facilitator I
know… from being blissed with light in radiant opening and
connecting… to emptying emotional-body / pain body density,
shifting obsolete dramas, stuck-ness, and conditioning, re-
membering / retrieving parts of self, deep energetic restructuring,
and the gamut of sub-personalities like inner children and masculine
/ feminine selves… Transformative journey or… choose ‘safety’ and
go absolutely nowhere, a most usable lesson in itself.

Some into raw foods understand cacao as “the food for the shift”
because of its heart-opening qualities. Researchers into ‘Plants of
the Gods’ (like Terence McKenna) completely overlooked cacao
because it does not act as a psychedelic. Spiritually focused cultures
like the Mayans had ‘magic mushrooms’, but their preference was
chocolate. Why? Why have hundreds of Mayan style cacao jars from
900 years ago been found in Chaco Canyon (New Mexico) when
cacao was 1200 miles away… many times further than mushrooms
or peyote?

You are invited to remember chocolate as Divine... invited to

experience what remains the spiritual sacrament of choice for some
Indigenous peoples and their Cacao Shamans… invited to participate
in the resurgence of an ancient spiritual plant-partner for which you
are already prepared, being chocolate-primed within. Chocolate
invites you to experience an arena of itself you never dreamed
existed. What can I say? Many who believed that a chocolate
ceremony is a joke have become grateful enthusiastic supporters
and continue this use of cacao. Shall we?

Contemporary commercial chocolate processing removes the

compounds that alter consciousness, removes most of the
bioflavonoids / antioxidants of scientific notoriety, and removes
most of what increases blood-flow to the brain more than 30%.
Even so, the mass-consciousness knows that chocolate should open
the heart (chocolate hearts on Valentine’s Day?). In ancient
Indigenous poetic language, chocolate was called ‘heart blood’. Is
not the fluid that flows through the heart… love? And here we are!

Drink chocolate - get high - go deep. Real chocolate deepens

meditative focus and presents a door, but doesn’t push you through
it… doesn’t take you on its’ trip. Cacao as a marvelous heart-
centered cooperative partnership facilitator… joins you, your Higher
Self, and wherever you source guidance. Whether opening /
connecting / expanding – or clearing / releasing… cacao fosters
higher-dimensional intimacy and deep significant change. I follow
you, assisting as guided.
The Cacao Deva (the consciousness / spirit behind the form) directs
me to the available cacao beans that have a good balance of
ingredients and energies for my work. Over the last several years I
have been buying wild-harvested native cacao a few hundred
pounds at a time, often from the producers… I bring this
Guatemalan cacao for my workshops. Central American cacao that
traveled north with the shamans seems to be a bit stronger than
the (usually) Ecuadorian cacao available in the raw market.
‘Organic’ cacao is usually from hybridized varieties (easier to grow
and process) and variable in the compounds and how much of them
are present.

Ceremonial arrangements: For late-morning starts, I suggest a light

breakfast and easy on the coffee/caffeine. Although dandy as
mocha, coffee plus ceremonial doses of cacao is way too buzzy, no
focus. You won’t want lunch… at any rate please don’t arrive with a
full stomach (perhaps thinking you will miss lunch). Bringing water
and something to share for a pot-luck to follow is a great idea.
Driving, etc. under cacao is no problem. Folks on or just off chemo
or strong pharmaceuticals will want to go easy on the cacao until
you know how it affects you. Many antidepressants do not mix with
the tryptophan and MAO inhibitors in this cacao. Those in need of a
good dietary detox may find the liver stimulation of this much
bitterness produces a headache and/or nausea 5 to 6 hours later…
for which drink water.

What Else I Am Up To…

Most of my professional play is without the chocolate – I gently

assist people in going inside to move the density and change the
belief patterns that influence the experience called reality. I have
worked extensively with creative people to help them get out of
their own way and open more of whatever is theirs. I spend a lot of
time with relationship issues. And certainly, issues of healing and
spiritual growth. All those seemingly different manifestations of
what one came into this life to move through.

I work within anyone’s belief system... no need to endorse mine. I

am oriented to practical results that change how one feels and the
way they experience their own life.

As long as your Soul and agreements are taking you there anyway,
why not go with more elegance, prosperity, and expansion… and
less pain and struggle? With more density for each of us to feel and
release… how about allowing more assistance from your own Higher
Energies and a deeper partnership with your Unseen Friends /
Guides? I share such skills.

And, growing from my work with couples, and essential in

community, I have had a great response from a Spiritual
Relationship Workshop that provides the models we didn't grow-up
with for the relationship format we can’t escape. It includes
experiential meditations to transform your mirrored outside
reflections called others… to understandings of basic reality creation
principles. After making some changes… it is time to play with, for
example:

For those not partnered, we anchor in a higher probable someone

you are already connecting with on causal levels, with agreements
to meet if you make your changes... won't meet or recognize as
long as you keep the old scripts. Feeling those agreements in
essence-level love is a great motivation to encourage the next inner
steps. Those with present or absent partners experience their own
essence-level agreements. Good play!

This workshop uses lots of inter-dimensional connecting as, after

all, your relationship experience is your swirl of divine separation
and intimacy issues focused in the relationship arena, so that you
can experience them. “Nothing changes until you do.” I share an
understanding of change that works with your own knowing and
magic. A Spiritual Relationship... outside of casual sex, what other
kind have you had? Where what you have chosen to work with in
this lifetime is again in your face… lets shift some things, bring in
some clarity, and expand the acceptance known as self-love.

The Glow Meditation

For years I have been sharing a meditation that many pick up in a
few seconds. Newcomers or decades-long meditators often delight
in this way of being with their Light. I am told this is a being rather
than a doing… that this meditation does you… that this is
experiencing ones Multidimensional Self that is in Oneness, on a
feeling / energy level through the full body… that this is blending
with your 4th dimensional light-body… and that this is sweet, simple
and deep.

This experience is an opening to effortless radiance where one

overflows with delightful higher energies that are felt through every
cell. Not about mind; not beyond mind; not just heart – with your
whole being. This is not something learned with the rational mind…
do bring this mind along to watch - find out if abundant Light makes
it easier to do your inner processing, slow the mind, open the heart,
and allow more of whatever dings your dinger.

As a practice of Higher Dimensional partnership, the basic technique

is to fill with / bask in the light, and whatever is next comes up –
one block, one expansion at a time – or take what you are working
with into this Presence. This energy is also totally directable through
intent… send it anywhere! I know people who simply use the Glow
as a way to recharge, center, and de-stress… deep, fast, and easy –
I hear it beats 2 drinks after work…

Behind all this an understanding that in a free-will universe, God /

Goddess cannot change our reality – as that would violate our free-
will. However, beings of light can get themselves bodies and as
lanterns bring catalytic Light into this dimension… the Light She
cannot bring. Since we are hard-wired for this reality shifting
resonance, it is joyously effortless.

When I see that radiant grin on a face… when even the toes are
shining Light… when they know that this energy is both who they
really are, and also felt as the Light of Source Herself - a taste of
Oneness - then they are certified to transmit it to others. Infectious
fun.

Some experienced meditators adopt this as a method of choice, or

blend it with their practice. I often wake up in it. Being in The Glow
is easy while walking, doing simple tasks, in conversation, or with
many creative activities. Effortless radiance is a delightful
resonance, and it alters the reflection outside called reality.

Yes… go to Glow to change the reality you are experiencing through

changing your causal vibration. The Glow helps keep you centered
and conscious enough to more often choose the highest good – to
better remain energetically transparent (as opposed to protected)
and to detach from the scripts we all know so well.

Being with another who is in, say, dump, blame, anger, or complain
mode can be a different experience… for both! Your radiant glowing
helps them to move out of the loop they are caught in. The effect is
often immediate, and helps one understand that in “you create your
own reality... there is no fine print”. Enjoy!

…I remember the front-piece of an old English cookbook that said:

“Love is not only the most important ingredient, it is the only
ingredient that really matters”. May I suggest The Glow in the
kitchen… The Glow is a great ‘carrier wave’ for whatever you want
to send out or invite in.

And for those into feeling to the bottom and releasing their inner
density, the Glow helps you into those places with more ease. Your
partnership with Angels / Guides / God-Goddess rides easily on this
frequency to assist. Saves playing it out in external objectifications
as drama! I teach this work.

Deeper Transformation and Transmutation through Oneness

and Love

Perhaps we could say that the effortless radiance of The Glow is a

practical transformational use of the Oneness pathway, of which
Buddha and the Hindu tradition are principle representatives in our
world. I also share during a cacao ceremony practical partnering
using the pathway known as Cosmic or Christ Consciousness – the
Universal Love of which Jesus is the best known representative.

As with The Glow, most people easily connect and are able to return
by choice in the future. Partnering with Love itself… perceived as a
large energy without fear (as one might expect)… is most useful
with inner barriers such as fear, resistance, conditioned repression,
and pain that surround what is otherwise ready for transformation.
You might find this helpful in riding the wave of these times as
opposed to being hammered in the sand under it. Choice.
