i) Early Retirement offered for personnel who could not adapt new learning, system &
structure

• Delinquency lowered from 50% in 1999 to 37% in 2002.

• Decrease in total assets & in members’ equity
• Slowed down the growth in savings deposit

Fourth Wave (2002-Present)


Exponential Growth and Opportunities
• Exponential growth in all parameters such as in total assets, savings deposit,
members equity, membership & the like.
• Massive Expansion from 4 offices in 2002 to 24 offices to date.
• Reduction of Delinquency From 37% in 2002 to 8% to date.
