Having felt the need to bridge the gap for high performance, quality Needle bearings, especially for
the fast growing automotive industry and specially 2/3 wheeler segment in India.
HRB Plant-1 was established in the year 1995 and plant-2 in December 2004.
The initial investment has been to the tune of RS. 50 million, which has
Touched RS. 70 million by year 2011, in view of the ongoing plans for
expansion.

PLANT :- I
• Located at Chakan, A fast developing industrial area in Maharashtra. The
Plant is built on land measuring over one acre. The covered area is 14,000
Sq. ft.
• The plant also has in house capacity for generating 180 KVA power, to
PLANT :-II
The plant is built on land measuring 7.5 acres. The built up area is 24,000 Sq.ft.
• The plant also has in house capacity for generating 200 KVA power, to
requirement.
RAW MATERIAL
Raw material wire coils in grade of SAE52100 for manufacture of needle rollers are
Raw material steel strips of E.D.D. quality for needle bushes is procured
Raw materials steel stripes in grades of En 47, En42J, 50CrV4, 80C6, 50C6 etc. For
manufacturing of thrust washers / shims are procured from M/s. Tata SSL
Raw material tubes in SCM415, St35 grade for needle cages are produced by
M/S ISMT Ltd & M/S Gandhi special steel tubes Ltd,
