Introduction
Naomi came back home with a different attitude about life and God.
She allowed circumstances to make her bitter.
-The name Naomi means “pleasant” The name Mara means “Bitter”
Christians should have a good attitude about life and God,
unfortunately too many of us either need to change the altitude of our
attitude or change our names.
Three things are necessary for us to have a good attitude about life
and God.
Right Mindset
Act 7:54 Now when they heard these things they were enraged, and
they ground their teeth at him.
Act 7:55 But he, full of the Holy Spirit, gazed into heaven and saw
the glory of God, and Jesus standing at the right hand of God.
Act 7:56 And he said, "Behold, I see the heavens opened, and the Son
of Man standing at the right hand of God."
Act 7:57 But they cried out with a loud voice and stopped their ears
and rushed together at him.
Act 7:58 Then they cast him out of the city and stoned him. And the
witnesses laid down their garments at the feet of a young man named

Jesus, receive my spirit."
Act 7:60 And falling to his knees he cried out with a loud voice,

Nehemiah 4:6 So we built the wall. And all the wall was joined
together to half its height, for the people had a mind to work.

Romans 8:37 No, in all these things we are more than conquerors
through him who loved us.
Philippians 4:8 Finally, brothers, whatever is true, whatever is
honorable, whatever is just, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely,
whatever is commendable, if there is any excellence, if there is
anything worthy of praise, think about these things.
Right Viewpoint
God sent a harvest and Naomi was too busy looking at the bad things
that had happened in her life to see the blessings in front of her.
Philippians 3:13 Brothers, I do not consider that I have made it my
own. But one thing I do: forgetting what lies behind and straining
forward to what lies ahead,

Right Faith

Attitude
What is the altitude of our attitude?
