Note:
1. Our Customer’s Technical Delivery Condition always supersedes the above heat treatment cycles.

REMARKS: 1) SR cycles must be 20 to 30°C less than last tempering Temperature. 5) Before Quenching water temp must be ≤40°C. 2) For Normalizing & quenching cycles minimum soaking hours
must be 2 hrs and for above 50mm thickness, additional 1 hour soaking time to be given per inch of casting thickness.
