Job Profile Highlights:
• Trade settlement on global on the basis of Sub- custodian Confirmations.
• Take caring of all location with base currency of USD, EUR, JPY, and GBP.
Job Responsibilities:
• Settling trade on Global basis product are Foreign exchange, currency movement and trades.
• Reconciling the Wire with the FX.
• Reporting the client regarding the trade settlement.
• Executing trade on global basis to get trade settle in the market.
• Transmitting Trade to local market for all location.
• Auditing of trade settlement transaction.
• Settling FX and CM for the location net i.e. euro market.
• All the settlement done on the basis of SUB-Custodians Bank confirmation.
• Meeting the SLA.
• Auditing of internal FX which are based on Rates confirmation.
• Resolving Clients query through mail or by phone call.
• Effective communication on all work undertaken within the team, escalating problems/providing
supporting information as required.
• Active participation in flexible working arrangements by working additional hours during peak times.
• Preparing Daily Reports for our client who contains all the Unconfirmed Trades which have some breaks
and we resolve all the breaks to know our client who is submitting correct information related to trade.
• Preparing Metrics to show our client performance on Weekly and monthly basis.
• Sending Adhocs Reports
Job Responsibilities:
• Generate and reconcile OTC derivative trades report on a daily and monthly basis.
• Research and identify causes of Breaks.
• Auditing of the Reports.
• Preparing Metrics which delineates the performance of client on those trades reconciled by the eClerx
processes.
• Maintenance of Client requirements & provision of reports as provided for by these Client requirements.
• Maintenance of benchmarks required for Client reporting.
• Maintaining volumes for internal metrics & billing purpose
• Core analysis of reports while creating and maintaining ad-hoc customized reports.
• Interaction with Clients on regular basis for interpretation & justification of the customized reports.
• Participate in process projects initiatives including transfer knowledge to and assist in the training of
various reports.
• Preparation of macros on excel for efficient working by minimising the time given to a task.
• Active participant for new projects in the process.
• Effective communication on all work undertaken within the team, escalating problems/providing
supporting information as required.
