NOTICE OF HEARING TO THE RESPONDENTS

IN THE MATTER RELATING TO HIRE-PURCHASE AGREEMENT

You are hereby informed that I am appointed as Sole Arbitrator by M/s.

Shriram City Union Finance Limited, KADAPA here after known as Claimant as per
the Hire Purchase and Guarantee Agreement dt: 30/01/2010 entered between you
and the owner namely to refer for arbitration with regard to the disputes between
you and the claimant for the amount received by you as per the agreement.

You No.1 as Hirer/Borrower/Lessee and the rest of you as guarantor entered

into the agreement noted above with M/s. Shriram City Union Finance Limited for the
purchase of schedule vehicle. Where as Shriram City Union Finance Limited
extended money assistance of Rs. 200000/- to you for the purchase of the schedule
vehicle.

As per the Hire Purchase/Hypothecation/lease agreement the said Shriram

City Union Finance Limited hypothecated/hired to the schedule Vehicle to the 1st
respondent. The agreed total Hire Purchase/Loan amount was Rs.268008/- including
finances charges and insurance, payable in 24 equal monthly installments of
Rs.11167/- commences from 15/03/2010.

Your further agreed in case of default in payment of any installment, you are
liable to pay over due compensation at the rate of 3.00% per month on the amount
due from time to time until payment.

In addition to the Hire Purchase/Hypothecation agreement both of you

executed other relevant documents on the same day of the agreement in favour of
M/s. Shriram City Union Finance Limited as collateral security for the Hire-Purchase/
Hypothecation agreement value.

You are irregular in payment of the installments and to for you have paid
Rs.25167/- only and failed to pay the balance amount due. M/s. Shriram City Union
Finance Limited demanded you repeatedly for payment of the amount due.

As per the account you have to pay Rs. 65674/- by the date of 15/01/2012 to
the M/s. Shriram City Union Finance Limited. The claimant makes dispute that you
failed to pay the installments regularly and committed default in paying the amount
due. The claimant makes dispute that you are not paying the amount due in spite of
repented demands including legal notice dated 14/12/2010. Hence this matter is
referred to SOLE ARBITRATOR as per the agreed clause in the Hire/Hypothecation
cum guarantee agreement to enquire and pass on AWARD for the claim amount of
Rs. 67815/- with subsequent interest and costs.

Therefore I the SOLE ABRITRATOR hereby issue this NOTICE to you and to
the Claimant stating that I am holding enquiry in this matter on ______________at
10:00 a.m. at KADAPA at the address given below. Both parties are requested to
appear for enquiry with all documents relied on.

If you failed to attend the enquiry even after receipt or knowledge of this
notice the matter will be decided in your absence treating that you have no
representation and the AWARD will be passed on the material available.

and the owner namely to refer for arbitration with regard to the disputes between
you and the claimant for the amount received by you as per the agreement.

You No.1 as Hirer/Borrower/Lessee and the rest of you as guarantor entered

into the agreement noted above with M/s. Shriram City Union Finance Limited for the
purchase of schedule vehicle. Where as Shriram City Union Finance Limited
extended money assistance of Rs. 50000/- to you for the purchase of the schedule
vehicle.

As per the Hire Purchase/Hypothecation/lease agreement the said Shriram

City Union Finance Limited hypothecated/hired to the schedule Vehicle to the 1st
respondent. The agreed total Hire Purchase/Loan amount was Rs.67008/- including
finances charges and insurance, payable in 24 equal monthly installments of
Rs.2792/- commences from 15/9/2008.

Your further agreed in case of default in payment of any installment, you are
liable to pay over due compensation at the rate of 3.00% per month on the amount
due from time to time until payment.

In addition to the Hire Purchase/Hypothecation agreement both of you

executed other relevant documents on the same day of the agreement in favour of
M/s. Shriram City Union Finance Limited as collateral security for the Hire-Purchase/
Hypothecation agreement value.

Rs.20074/- only and failed to pay the balance amount due. M/s. Shriram City Union
Finance Limited demanded you repeatedly for payment of the amount due.

As per the account you have to pay Rs. 30142/- by the date of 15/07/2010 to
the M/s. Shriram City Union Finance Limited. The claimant makes dispute that you
failed to pay the installments regularly and committed default in paying the amount
due. The claimant makes dispute that you are not paying the amount due in spite of
repented demands including legal notice dated 14/12/2010. Hence this matter is
referred to SOLE ARBITRATOR as per the agreed clause in the Hire/Hypothecation
cum guarantee agreement to enquire and pass on AWARD for the claim amount of
Rs. 43452/- with subsequent interest and costs.

Therefore I the SOLE ABRITRATOR hereby issue this NOTICE to you and to
the Claimant stating that I am holding enquiry in this matter on ______________at
10:00 a.m. at KADAPA at the address given below. Both parties are requested to
appear for enquiry with all documents relied on.

If you failed to attend the enquiry even after receipt or knowledge of this
