Introdução
Sabe-se os fatores que sonstituem uma profissão, e sabe-se também que é a profissão,
principalmente, que implica na definição de um indíviduo nos dias atuais.
As profissões do futuro são, genericamente, aquelas voltadas aos relacionamentos do indivíduo. Uma
dessas necessidades é a cultura, o acesso a arte o uso dela em nosso benefício.
A profissão escolhida é extremamente nova tanto nacional como internacional, pois ela expõe
novas formas de comunicação. A mesma ainda não tem mercado de trabalho de finido, mas especialistas
apostam na evolução dessa profissão na csociedade, as pessoas procurarão mais se relacionar por meio
das artes.

Communication and body arts


This course is unprecedented in Brazil or abroad. It is extremely new, the first - and only - course
is relatively new: there for 11 years at PUC-SP; suited to those who understand the body as the primary
means of human communication, even before the drawing and speech. The art produced by the body is
seen as one of man's steps in their evolution.
Understanding the body as part of the artistic language, can browse the creations of dance,
theater and performance as the communication processes. The profession is not yet on the market, but
it is possible to predict its success, given its concern to innovate research in the knowledge that until
then were isolated, as communication and the arts. This professional will be able to develop new
techniques in body communication, scenic procedures, and use technology as an ally in developing
innovations in the advertising and media.
When you finish the graduate professional can act as
· Choreography
Define and plan the sequence of movements to be performed by dancers in dance
performances.
· Creation
Create and produce theater or dance shows and even create new characters to appear on stage.
· Trusteeship
Plan, produce and direct projects for dance, theater and exhibitions in cultural institutes.
· Education
Teaching classes in dance, theater and body language to students.
· Interpretation
Represent a character in theatrical performances using body and facial language.
· Management
Coordinate recreational teams and determine the program guide in cultural centers, clubs and
schools.
· Research
Develop critical research about the body and its movements.
· Preparation
Work with professionals who needs to develop communication skills, as journalists, politicians
and others.
The curriculum of four years of training includes subjects such as body arts, improvisation,
drama, cultural market, body science, anatomy, visagism, vocal technique and studies of contemporary
production. Since the first year of the course the student can set up your grid studies in order to
specialize in the area that has the greater interest, be it dance, theater or performance.
There's only a few graduates on the market. Who's in the market look for new opportunities in
areas related to artistic events, like dance, theater, and curator of exhibitions and cultural events.
Starting salary: $ 1,464.36 .
