Pictured are a few test
backgrounds using Decoart gesso,
acrylic paint and watercolour
sticks.
This example was sanded with
fine 180 grade sandpaper after the
background was applied to reveal
highlights of White gesso.
This technique had been
completed on 300 gsm cardstock.
This particular example was
placed into spritzed Brick Red
Distress ink after the background
was completed.
The tutorial featured will show
