Work within Operations for North America. I assist Regional Counsel with red-lining various agreements
and negotiating with the respective parties. I also work with the newly formulated Global Procurement
Division to red-line and negotiate global agreements. There is also some light drafting.
Highlights: Assisted with compiling templates for global agreements. Able to negotiate with parties in
countries all over the world. Great exposure to domestic and international laws and regulations.

MUSEUM OF FINE ARTS, Houston, Texas


Legal Intern, September 2010
Assist General Counsel with general compliance, drafting contracts, memorandums, handling general
operational questions and drafting HR/Compliance handbooks. Also worked with the Registrar reviewing
and drafting incoming/outgoing loan agreements, gifts, exhibitions and similar contracts.
Highlights: Drafted all the legal language for the e-commerce site, revised language for museum-wide
agreements concerning the acquisition and loan of all artwork and participated in the first American
exhibit of the world famous Cai Guo-Qiang.

TALA is a local non-profit dedicated to providing counsel to artists and non-profits that are art oriented. I
assist part-time by researching, advising and drafting agreements for various non-profit issues such as
dissolution, incorporation, general operational questions and applications for exemption. Also do work for
artists such as copyright registration and various intellectual property issues.
Highlights: Completed copyright registrations, incorporations and participated in major contract
disputes.

and Weatherford. Worked full-time while attending undergraduate and law school, and ultimately ran the
department.
Highlights: Assisted in the repair and return of material on a 7 million dollar rig site. Also assisted in the
fabrication and delivery of pipe for one of the world’s largest cranes.
