I. Description

This course deals with human in terms of its adaptations, structural framework, with emphasis on physiology regulations’
adaptive mechanism, integrates lecture with laboratory experiences which provides exercises and techniques necessary in
clinical and daily situations.

II. General Objectives of the Course

a. Cognitive
1. gain adequate knowledge on the anatomic structures and physiology.
2. define different anatomical terms
3. distinguish the different anatomical parts.

b. Affective
1. relate the different concepts with the actual body parts
2. relate the concepts in Anatomy and Physiology in daily life.
3. adapt the values of honesty, interdependence, teamwork and patience in applying the different concepts Anatomy and
Physiology.

c. Psychomotor
1. utilize basic anatomical facts and physiological concepts and principles in the nursing care of individuals.
2. apply the concepts on Anatomy and Physiology in the care of individuals
