Introducing our self that we are one of the standard Govt approved service provider (an
ISO certified organization) to outsource general and technical to various companies,
since 1990.FSS is an Fire Fighting Department of SDEAS.
As you know outsourcing of manpower has become a common practice with companies
nowadays. There is always a requirement of professionally qualified and skilled staff in
any organization. With the increasing demands of the industry, there is not enough time
to get into the complexities of selecting a candidate. This is where an outsourcing of
manpower comes in. Organizations both large and small are largely hiring companies to
provide them with outsourced manpower. They no longer want to get into the hassles and
the long process of recruiting.
How we do it. Providing manpower outsourcing is a very responsible task. A good
recruiting agency has two big responsibilities to shoulder. It has to satisfy the client by
providing the best staff and it has to satisfy the candidate by providing him the best
opportunity. Striking a balance between the two is a difficult thing. That confidence we

5) The employee engaged by SDEAS will be medically fit by Industrial standard and
must not have any adverse record to their credential to the working interest of the
clients.
7) SDEAS will total responsible to handle with PF, ESI, Service Tax officials, Labour
officers at its own cost.
8) SDEAS is liable to satisfy all the Govt. statutory like PF,ESI, Leave & Holiday,
Bonus, Gratuity, compensate benefit and Insurance (life and health).
2. Period of Contract
The period of contract is valid for 2 years. On completion of the period this work
order will continue automatically. How ever client company reserves the right to
cancel the contact for OUT SOURCEING on giving 3 months prior notice to SDEAS,
specifying the intention for discontinuance of the contact.
a) In addition to the above following payments shall be made to the SDEAS by
client company.
GOVT.STATUTORY
A) According to PF Act. SDEAS will charge 13.61% of Basic + DA .
B) According to ESI Act. SDEAS will charge 4.75% of Gross .
C) According to Leave Act. SDEAS is bound to give 18 days holiday in a year to his
employees. It is 5.76% of Gross.
E) According to Bonus Act. SDEAS will charge a minimum charge of 8.33% of
Gross.
F) Gratuity to the employees @ 15 days salary per year 4.16% of gross will be
reimbursed from the client company., as per the provision of payment of gratuity
Act.
g) Retrenchment compensation in the event of retrenchment of employee @15 days
per year will be reimbursed from the client company.
B. BILLING .The SDEAS will submit every month the bill in Triplicate for the work
carried out during the month within 2nd day of subsequent month.Bill should be
cleared within seven days.
C. Annual salary increment (compulsory) and the rate of increment will be decided
by both the party on negotiation. If in between the contact Minimum Wage act
changes then salary should be as par or above to minimum wage or it will 5%
increment on contact valu (whichever is high)
D. ACCOMMODATION FACILITY will be provided by the MSP. But
accommodation should be attached to fire station. It should be a minimum of 6
room, one for safety officer, one for drivers, one for fire men, one for kitchen and
one for office purpose and one for store.
The TV and washing machine will be provided by SDEAS.
3 Personal Safety:
Security to our employees is to be provided by client company Inside / outside
factory premises.
If client company wants to add or change any term and condition, it can be at
negotiate table.

RESPONCIBILITY
1. Maintaining fire activities of operation in entire plant site.
2. Provision of fire investigation
3. Inspection and creaking of fire fighting extinguisher and
hydrants.
4. Maintain fire fighting equipments regularly to upkeep.
5. Basic firefighting training to security guards and employees
worked in plant site. Free of cost.
6. Time to time mock drill (demy operation) to be done for
the employees for escape at time of emergency.
7. Fire tender will be started for three munities for every day
to keep the battery fit for emergency.
8. FIRE TENDER will be road trail weekly once per 8 Km to
keep the tire pressure unto mark and upkeep the equipments and
operations foam and pump site.
9. Regular drill will be conducted to the fire team to keep
smart and active.
