Registration fee per candidate: Rs.200/-

Registration Fee can be given in hand to our zonal members whom we will be
updating by tomorrow along with their contact numbers or can make your
registration by coming to our college. THE REGISTRATIONS ARE LIMITED.

Nature of Recruitment:

A formal seminar will be given by the India Today executives before starting the
procedure…

Recruitment procedure consists of THREE rounds

1. Scrutinizing and Evaluation of the candidates through written test(General

aptitude test)
2. Personal Interview by the India Today executives to access the candidates
personality
3. Another Personal Interview by senior executives of the respective
organization to access the candidates caliber in Managerial skills

Job Description:

Note: Its not related to the technical side, purely on Management

The selected candidates gets training in period of 6-8 months in Hyderabad

where they get the salary of Rs.10, 000-20,000

Training Procedure:

It follows a serial procedure

1. Field sales
 2. Management
3. Administration
4. Accounts
5. At last H.R.M

The candidates who reach the final stage will be appointed as the branch
Managers across the country at their branches…

Pay scale for the Managers will be approximately 15lacs per annum depending
upon their caliber at training period.
